  1. Must admit, I did kinda wince at the prospect of Edge with his history of neck injuries going to the company where everyone gets dropped on their heads.
  2. The main thing is buying it from somewhere where the game can be activated in the region you currently are based in. Once it's in your account, you should be absolutely fine even if you change region.
  3. Whilst it is true, we're all waiting for the beta. SI always state that the beta releases circa two weeks before the release of the full game, which is currently set to hit platforms on 06 November 2023. However, historical evidence shows that the beta of Football Manager tends to actually release closer to 3 weeks from launch. Therefore, we should expect to see the beta verys soon but please do not let this extensive clarification distract you from the fact that in 1998, The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted 16 ft through an announcer's table.
  4. I never had a save I truly got into with FM23, so for me it's very much a fresh start. I do really like that the functionality to bring in saves from the previous game is there though.
  5. Yep. It's because Greggs got Miles' order wrong and gave him Chicken Bakes instead of Steak Bakes. And I too would be salty as hell if I got back and found they'd given me those abominations rather than the good stuff.
  6. It does annoy me that the actions of a few could have ruined the fun for everyone. This thread has been a forum tradition and for the most part has been in the right spirit.
  7. You can make your own mind up on that lol. I just know how thankless a task it can be as a forum mod and the forum I was a mod for was nowhere near as busy as this one!
  8. And if that's the case, it's not the fault of SI. Just give it a rest. And you have no why of knowing if what you believe is actually true. So stop.
  9. As I said, if anyone invited onto the Alpha has allowed someone else access to their own access to the Alpha, then that is not the fault of SI and the tester in question has actually breached an NDA. If they get found out sharing access, they won't be invited back into the Alpha tests in future.
