    The most ground breaking is on Defending - Throw-In. No matter what I am change, positions stay like this. If you change from Zonally or Player Mark or Go Back, does not react. Also, A4 is set to Player Mark - but instead stay forward.

    No upgrade option for youth facilities

    Maybe one of the reasons why you can't upgrade youth facilities, is that because Chairperson (maybe yours as well?) has it's own youth importance. From manual:

    Working with Youngsters

    This reflects how successful a coach is at working with younger players – those aged 19 and under in particular. A non-player with a high rating here will improve the players they work with if given a youth team training assignment, while the quality of an annual youth intake is affected by the rating of the person responsible for bringing them through. It is also used to determine an individual’s interest in young footballers overall, such as the Chairperson when asking the Board for improved youth facilities.

    I can understand why they keep them low, users gonna be frustrated more and create more unpleasing feelings. IMHO, need a little increasing; because it's not normal during Feb - Barcelona to not have any injury (3 players, 1 day out in my example). Serie A is even worse, with only 1 or 2 across all teams.

    New Stadium Wrong Message & Confusion

    Issue 5: The board has been announcement for planning new stadium at the end of 2037/2038 (so, year 2038, around end May - early June). I went to check the new stadium and I have notice that if you click in tab "Matches"; I have see that the national U18 Greek team has been played already matches in this stadium; all of them in 18th of November. It is not possible that in 5-6 months the new stadium has been build so quickly.

    What Real Madrid did is getting Endrick sign a pre-contract to agree on a professional contract which will only take effect when he becomes 18.

    The pre-contract itself won't turn Endrick into a Real Madrid player so that it doesn't against any existing rules.

    This has been working perfectly in FM til SI screwd it up by changing the players' transfer interest behavior.

    Yeah, missed that it is pre-contract.

    So, you are actually want pre-contract feature.

    The exploit to buy every player in Youth Contract and pay 2 mil is over; but the only thing I am agree with you in this one is about having the option to buy like Endrick situation.

    Nobody gonna stand against, if Real M. gave work opportunity to the parents of Endrick to bypass that rule. It's the back door.

    Another rule which can easily "bypass" by Real Madrid with 30+ million offer.

    So, Endrick actually will sign typical a professional contract when reach 18 y/o. Until then, will have amateur contract and having his parents to provide him financial support (hello, Rule 2, Real Madrid have offered - typically for papers - work for Endrick parents).

    That is an example how clubs bypass rules. Especially the clubs like Real M.

    It's a maddening situation that you're simply not listening to the actual players of the game. No person visiting this thread, aside from Mr Football Club Cadoni, believes this change has been influenced by any change in reality.

    Players unable to sign IMMEDIATELY are never interested in moving. As soon as they turn 18, a switch is flicked and they are interested. It makes literally zero sense & the game is broken.

    Well, I will try to not look at mocking behavior you have.

    Endrick case was 30+ millions (pounds) and not compensation fee (2m for example). Real Madrid has "cheated" or bypass some rules according to official papers which the nicholas.shen provided (thank you). Since this is not a court and legislative place, U18 transfers between clubs in EU (UK is not in EU) works (even before reaching 18 y/o). If you need proof, there it is.

    Hej,

    After spending a good amount of time to solve some issues from my side (laptop), I have finally found these steps extremely helpful and let me enjoy the 3D more. Still the short lag is there, but have reduced by a lot. Hope soon SI release a minor patch for this and then we can fly. So:

    My specs

    CPU: i7 8550U (U is not the best version of CPU for FM, but it is what it is now for me).
    GPU: NVIDIA MX150 (extremely weak GPU overall).
    NVIDIA GPU Version: 528.02

    I found Windows is doing a terrible job regarding updates of GPU. So, in that case; I am always update GPU like this.

    Also, deleting the files (it is safe to be deleted) from:

    - %temp%
    - temp (right click on Win logo > Run)
    - prefetch (right click on Win logo > Run)
    - C: > Windows > SoftwareDistribution > Download
    - Run Disk Cleanup > Cleanup System Files (select all boxes)

    It's general a good idea to give some breath.

    Now, if you successfully did this, let's go to NVIDIA Control Panel Settings and FM Preferences.

    In general is good to have your laptop plug in (AC) and not run with battery.
    Also, closing background apps (also via Task Manager > Startup) helps RAM (and CPU) to breathe.
    Another tweak is the Power Plan, choose High Performance (or Ultimate Performance if you have enable it).
    I have removed the command line in Steam as well, because didn't make any difference to my side (I am referring to --disable_flip_discard). 

    That's all. Now I can play with Crowd in night games without lag (only the known issue lag from SI).

    Hope someone will be helpful by this.

    This happens still today & is still completely legal. In your make believe world do young players sign binding contracts for 5 years before they turn 18? A player can sign a contract (pre contract) with their training club. But if they haven't yet, training compensation is applied & that is just how this works. And for the record IS being correctly applied within the game. Loads of players are signed for compensation in FM22...

    Because the UK came out the EU, transfers for players must be for 18 years or older. This is fine. It has no bearing on the mechanics of this game & why they have changed so much.

    Young players aren't interested in signing for any team until they are able to sign immediately & at the time of negotiating for the contract. That is the bug. The rest of the nonsense being spouted on this thread has nothing to do with anything else.

    Can you enlighten me with official documents?

    Because in FIFA documents this has been changed. Also, between EU - EU clubs can be signed when it's under 18 and pay the compensation.

    I think the way it currently goes isn't realistic, but even if it might be, it deletes an entire part of the game we love!!! Please revert this to FM22 settings otherwise I'll quit playing and have to go back to 22 or something. 

    Even in FM22, signing a youth will join your club when will turn 18 y/o. You have only paid the compensation and that's it. Things has been changed to stop "buying" cheap from smaller clubs. In order SI to follow FIFA, they just add "not interested".

    Frustration? Yes, but more realistic IMHO.

    Running only FM23 along with background apps from Windows (no Chrome, Spotify etc apps).

    If the "Continue" use the GPU to process things, that tells me that something has been changed in order to increase FPS and it's good idea to close everything else while running FM. Since we don't have information about where - which the game optimized (for what GPU, Hz etc), it's better to be optimized for 1920 x 1080 - 60Hz with lower - medium GPU level IMHO.
