I think I have found what cause the problem. Instead of players which coming from Recruitment Meeting being marked as "Recruitment Meeting" in recommend list, game things comes from Recruitment Team. Something conflict here which I can't reproduce it from my side.

Have you tried of instead "Show All" to choose "Recruitment Meeting"? What it shows? Recruitment Team as your first image?

Yes, because the C+ rated players, comes from other departments; like Agents - Free Agents and Recruitment Meeting. Instead of "Show All" - choose the recruitment team.

Install and delete caches & preferences according to the link which I have send you. Validate files with Steam as well.

My advice is to remove GeForce Experience app.

Above "Clear All" button there is a drop down menu which says "Show: All (96)". Open it and choose from which dept. you want to see reports.

For FM22 it has been removed. It's not a bug, but by design.

Definitely. Save & Screenshots. Developer must not be aware of the issue; so that's the best method.

Another case. Injured during Recovery & Match Tactics with no Injury Risk sessions, being trained at half or no pitch - gym work (after match). This time: Twisting Sharply

So, players after the match does not doing any pitch or gym work or being in half intensity. It's pretty odd my 3rd case has been received "lifting weights" during Recovery (!), despite being set up is "No Pitch or Gym Work".

Another example, within the same save and few weeks later. A player (Juan) has been received an injury during Recovery. His injury is "Lifting Weights". Dated 22 Oct. 2023.

Training in that date was Recovery & Match Tactics

Player Injury Prone is 1
