Unfortunately your formula sometimes works but with others it doesn't. I have a player who's salary commitment is £10 pw, but they have appearance bonus of £40, clean sheet of £6 and unused sub of £2. From what you said above that would be (40+6+2)/2 = 24. And yet there is another player who has appearance of £40, assist bonus of £6 and unused sub of £2. That's the same sums that I've just used and yet his salary commitment is £25 pw. None of it is logical.

I have just taken over a team and I am overspent on wages per week. So I start to delve a bit deeper and see my budget is £383 pw and my current committed spend is £448 pw. I only have 2 players on contracts the rest are non contract players. The 2 players on contract are paid £20 pw each. I can't work out why my spend is £448? As an example there is a player who has a salary commitment wage of £85 pw. So I click his profile and inspect his contract. He is a non contract player, and his bonuses are Appearance Fee £130, Clean Sheet Bonus £25, and Unused Substitute Fee £10. So why is the Wage (2021/22) column in Finances > Wages > Salary Commitments saying £85. I am very confused.

Bug or no bug, I like it that there is still jeopardy in some decisions. There's many times watching real football and var should and doesn't get involved, which infuriates me. For example, Man Utd's injury time winner against West Ham this season drove me insane. I still believe that Cavani was offside, they did not look at it at the time. They only showed those lines a good 5 to 10 mins after the final whistle. Be good if you could post a 2d version of that freeze frame in the opening post.

If you can't get the files into advanced rules explain exactly where you are stuck, and people on here can put you right. That link was my go to link to learn how to do this, and really is a walkthrough on how to do it.

No this version is for 22.4. BUT.... you can try this.... Load the file up in the editor using the 22.0 database option. Then save the file. This will then allow you to use the file with 22.0. However.... Best run a holiday save to ensure it works. Off the top of my head, I can't think why it would not work. This is my steam download for the original database. I can't remember if that file had Chelsea entering at quarter finals instead of the semi finals in the first season. Do you have any old saves from 22.1/2/3? You could load them up and continue playing in that game world. Just use the add / remove leagues function and add new manager function to alter your playing world. The game should update and correct fixes that are save game compatible. Downside is you won't be able to add any new databases or edited leagues, and incorrect data won't be fixed. Also you'll be stuck with the original database that you started your save with. But the plus side is you'll have Russia and Belarus active which is what you're after. I've tonnes of save files of started save games and holiday saves, as I spent the first 6 months more or less in the editor and setting up test games! I didn't delete any of them!!

It would be useful to have the ability to apply for jobs whilst on holiday to more than one nation. At present, for example, I can go on holiday and set the parameters to apply for bottom division jobs. In the game status screen under the manageable teams tab, I can tick All or a dedicated nation. However it would be useful to have the ability to tick more than one nation or even by a region. For example, If i'm managing in Northern Ireland and get sacked, it would be realistic for me to go on holiday and apply for jobs in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. At the moment we don't have this option and the only way to apply for jobs in both these nations is not to go on holiday, and keep checking the job centre and clicking continue.

I know I am in the minority here, but I actually play the game with the sound on. In the past I have added editable sounds to the matches that have been designed by the likes of @MBarbaric, @zzpiggy and @Dazs8 and @Bart from FM Scout. It adds to the immersion. I had an idea! During the pre match screens, when the players are warming up and teams sheets being shown, it would be great to have the ability to add the tune that the home team would run out to. Out of the box, SI could have a match anthem playing during the screens like how there is a premier league anthem in real life for example. Obviously not the same for copyright reasons! If this was designed so as to be editable then the clever community out there could add individual team anthems to override the original tune. It would be great to hear "I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles" being played when West Ham are warming up at home, "You'll Never Walk Alone" for Liverpool, "Z Cars" for Watford and Everton, "Marching on Together" for Leeds, "Delilah" for Stoke...you get my drift! I for one would enjoy it, those that don't enjoy the sounds would already have it switched off. I don't think it would be too difficult to implement to you clever people at SI!!

The new 24 team FIFA Club World Cup format that is due to come to fruition in a couple of years is a complete and utter disaster. I have read how some even make the tournament extinct so as not to be bothered with it. I am releasing my version of the current 7 team format tournament. I did not rebuild the tournament from scratch but instead edited the version that SI provided. I have got rid of the 24 team tournament and reinstated the 7 team tournament on an annual basis. Here is what is provided: 7 teams (6 continental champions and 1 host nation). Playoff, Quarter Finals, Fifth place playoff, Semi Finals, Third place playoff, and a Final. It is played each December and I chose not to run the tournament during the 2022 World Cup year. I have, however, ran into some issues that I could not resolve, but it was live with it or carry on with a crap tournament every 4 years! I chose to live with it and have fun!! Known issues: Chelsea for some reason enter at the quarter final stage in the 2021 tournament. After that everything is fine, and UEFA and CONMEBOL enter at the semi final stages forever and a day. The host nations list that I drew up is not being used. I don't know why. The game chooses the hosts itself each year. This does mean that there will be some tournaments when a major nation hosts the FCWC, and therefore a major team will enter at the playoff stage. This does however have the potential to create a massive semi final contest. I have tested up to 2108 with no crashes, and I am quite happy with it. Russia and Belarus do not host a tournament, and cannot qualify via continental competitions so will never enter the fcwc. If you do share this file anywhere, please do me the courtesy of a credit. Rewind back to the 1970s and 1980s, the premier European football competition at the time was the European Champions Cup. This European Cup was a trophy fought for by only league champions. None of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place riff raff joining in! It was a straight knock out competition from the beginning to the end. This was truly a Champions Cup. I am pleased to release my version of European football as it was back in the 1980s. This file has been long in the making, and due to hardcoding issues, I could not get it as perfect as I wanted. Therefore there is some artistic license present . I had to remove Liechtenstein as they have no league in real life, and this was messing things up in the European Cup. So I cut the European nations down to 54 from 55. I have resorted back to the use of away goals. I have rewarded the EC with the best financial package, followed by order of competition importance, ECWC then UEFA Cup. Each competition is an unseeded draw, so you could get 2 heavyweights meeting each other in the earlier rounds. So here is what you get: European Cup - 55 teams (Champions of each country plus the winner of the European Cup to defend their crown). Straight knockout with a Qualifying Round, First Round, Second Round, Quarter Final, Semi Final, and Final. European Cup Winners' Cup - 54 teams (Domestic FA Cup winner of each country). Straight knockout with a Qualifying Round, First Round, Second Round, Quarter Final, Semi Final, and Final. UEFA Cup - 120 teams (Best next placed teams in leagues of each nation, ranging from 2 places to 4 places depending on nation's coefficient). Straight knockout with a Qualifying Round, First Round, Second Round, Third Round, Quarter Final, Semi Final, and a 2 legged Final. European Super Cup - This replicates how it used to be, with the winner of the EC playing the winner of the ECWC. Known issues: I wanted the runner up of a domestic FA Cup going into the ECWC in the event of the winner qualifying for the EC. However the game is hard coded in this scenario for ECWC to go to the next best placed team in the league. I have had to live with this. So you could see 2nd place in the league (or even 3rd if the top 2 teams are in the EC) being entered into the ECWC. The UEFA Cup places will be worked out accordingly. I have had trouble with the game allocating low capacity stadia for finals, even though I instructed the editor otherwise. Consequently I removed some host nations so really low capacity stadia would not get picked. Murrayfield is often picked for Scotland, and I have never managed to get Wembley picked for England. If the winner of the EC is also the winner of their league then the 2nd placed team in the league also enters the EC. The UEFA Cup places drop down accordingly. About 4 or 5 European leagues have an end of season split, that divides top and bottom, and sometimes middle. These 'middle' mini leagues are designed as a European playoff for qualifying for the Europa League or Conference League. Consequently they are pretty pointless now as the UEFA Cup placings are taken from the final league positions. Nations where there are waste of time splits are Belgium. Bulgaria, Finland, and Romania. Everything still works, there are just no rewards for winning these mid table end of season mini leagues. I have included a Belgium file to remove the pointless end of season euro playoff (bel 1.31) - 24/04/2022 And finally, I did not change the Third Round dates for the UEFA Cup in 2022, so they will be scheduled during the World Cup.
