  3. @Mekowey & others, could I please get you to raise the issue via a Support ticket. Once you do so, you'll be assigned a dedicated Tech Support agent who will be able to go through various other troubleshooting steps and offer solutions based on your specific hardware.   4. It didn't make it in time for launch but it should be released very soon, I can only ask for a little more patience in the meantime. When testing it in the latest code, I'm able to load the OP's save game with no detrimental effect to performance or progress. We've got a few final checks to do and then we'll be able to include it as part of an upcoming update.

  6. We've not forgotten about this - apologies you haven't had much of a response so far. Could you try the following, and let us know if it makes any difference: - Open Steam and access your Games Library - Right-click on [Football Manager title] -> Properties -> General -> Set Launch Options - Type this in the box: --config very_low - Click on OK, close the window and launch FM through Steam

  9. Ahh apologies, didn't remember it was also me that responded. We do have an investigation open but there hasn't been any traction on it I'm afraid. If I'm fully transparent, it's unlikely to be something we'd resolve in FM24 with the host of changes planned for FM25. If I have any further updates to give in the interim I'll respond on this thread here.

  12. Afraid I don't have an ETA on a fix, but we're hoping it'll be very soon. In the meantime, the only real workaround I can offer is loading a previous save that hadn't had the leagues loaded and playing forward from there, hoping there hadn't been too much progress in the interim.
  13. Can we check, are you playing with multiple managers in your save file? Has this continued since the launch update on Monday?

  15. Really sorry but in this instance it sounds like it may have fully corrupted.   16. Has this crash persisted since Monday's launch update? Is it still occurring for you? If so, could you give us step by step instructions on how to replicate the crash exactly. It's not occurring for me, and hoping we've managed to fix it on Monday.

  22. Afraid it's an issue we're aware of, but we're working hard on a fix and will release it as soon as we can. When we do, those unloadable saves will revert to working.
  23. We're aware of this issue and have it under investigation, it's specific to saves with more than one manager loaded in. We're looking to get a fix out as soon as we can.
  24. Don't have a confirmed date but it should be quite soon, it's the top of our radar. If you have a save that does load prior to adding the leagues, that will be continuable until our next update is out. Apologies for the inconvenience, no other workaround I'm afraid.
