3 "What we've got here is a failure to communicate"

    During games in the match engine my FPS drops from 107-97 and back again causing a stutter within the game. I have tried limiting the FPS but that makes it worse. I have tried changing all the graphics settings, changing my NVIDIA settings and updated my drivers. Nothing has worked.
