It happens regularly.
The match finishes and the match stats don't appear. The continue button in the top right corner should automatically change to "dressing room" which allows you to end the match and progress to the team talk. But frequently the "continue" button freezes.
If you click continue nothing happens. You can click the home icon or enter on your keyboard which will take you back to your Home Screen and inbox but you won't be able to continue the game. If you click continue on this screen, it just takes you back to the end of the match screen again showing the pitch with the continue button still showing in the top right.
