  1. Hi @CaoShan

In the last 20 games Caicedo has started 11 games and, as he is considered an 'important player', he will be expecting to start in nearly every game he possibly can (not missing out on big games like both matches V Man City.)

In the last 10 games alone Caicedo has not started in 5 of those games which is no where near enough for a player who is considered an 'important player'. His playing time in these last 20 games is just about 'regular starter' level (which you can drop his agreed playing time to and he accepts).

Important players will expect to be playing nearly every minute of every game they can.

    Cheers,
    Russell

I had a player worried about a new signing, I said he won't play over you. Then after that a news item in my inbox with that player unhappy with a lack of games, even though he started 99% last season & 100% of games so far this season.

Could you log this as a separate post with a save before the player gets unhappy over lack of games?

    Many thanks
    Russell

  3. Thanks for uploading the saves @sullg26535

With the Ampadu example when he started the next 2 games (v Wolves & Palace) he doesn't complain, however if he's not starting for those games then he will complain. As he's a regular starter if he doesn't start in 3 of the 4 games of the season he will be unhappy because he's not starting regularly.

Same with Dan James, he's a regular starter but has started 7 out of the last 13 games (since Man City game), again this is not enough starts for someone who is marked as a 'regular starter' which is why his specific complaint is 'wants to start more games'.

  4. Hi @nicholas.shen

Just to let you know, although it shows lower than they are it's not affecting the playing time happiness, if you use the 'playing time view' you can see that both Solis and Ortiz are 'very happy' or 'delighted' with their current playing time.

There is a known issue where the 'media opinion: international' incorrectly states the player needs to play more to get in to the international team which triggered the issue with Solis and is why Ortiz doesn't get unhappy.

  5. Hi @wgjones

    This is expected behaviour.

In this situation Rashford was the 'spokesperson' for the original group of unhappy players (that would have included Fernandes & Shaw), when he dropped the unhappiness a new player from the initial ''supporting'' group of players is now the 'spokesperson' for the group (in this case Fernanades), so the overall number of unhappy players would have dropped, with a new player becoming the leader/spokesperson to replace Rashford (as Rashford is no longer unhappy). When Fernandes then dropped the unhappiness Shaw becomes the leader (again, would have been part of the initial unhappy group) but the number of overall supporting players would have dropped further.

  6. Hi @IonicThree

What's happened here is as the players drop the unhappiness it moves to another play from the original 'supporting' group. So when the issue first happened, Bruno was the 'spokesperson' for the unhappy group. When he drops the issue a new player from the supporting group becomes the new 'spokesperson', and Trippier was a supporter of that group initially but has now taken over as spokesperson. It looks like the number of unhappy people has dropped from 14 - 3, and if I go forward 2 weeks from the save you provided all of the players have dropped the issue.

The other issues around the unhappiness (how long it lasts and the number of players) we're aware of and are looking in to

    Cheers,
    Russell

  7. @phantombandit

Thanks for the save you attached, if you go to 'dynamics - team talk feedback' and change the drop down from 'pre-match' to 'full time' you'll see they all expected a telling off, which is why their reaction was a bit confused.

Clearly this shouldn't be triggering an unhappiness meeting and we are looking in to the issue.

    Cheers,
    Russell
