1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig I'm sorry, but I can't resist it. I was enjoying my save in Finland with JJK, and will continue it for sure. But I really want to complete this challenge with an East-German side. I got a soft spot for this club: Lok Leipzig. A big club back in the DDR-past with a very rich history. I love their history, their logo, their stadium, their club colours. So before I continue my save in Finland, I'll give Germany another go. There are better options then Lok Leipzig if you want a financial steady East-German club: Chemnitz, CZ Jena or Energie Cottbus for example. The financial situation at our club isn't that good. We don't have big sponsor contracts. So until we get promoted to 2. Bundesliga, it will be a struggle. I can't even start a Coaching Course.

Jyväskylän Jalkapalloklubi (JJK) Season 2 | 2024 Veikkausliiga | 5th Well, that was a great season for us! Our first season on the highest level in Finland, and it was a succesful one. We finished 5th, and qualified for the Champions Group. The league split after 22 games. The first six will play in the Champions Group, while the other six play in the Relegation Group. We did well! Won surprisingly against champion HJK and against TPS. We lost our last game against our rivals KuPS, and I thought that our season was over at that point. Finished 5th, great for a first season, time for holiday. But I then got the message that we qualified for the European Places Playoff Qtr Final! I didn't know about that. We won against FC Lahti, in the Semi Final we won against TPS. So we had to play the Final against our rivals KuPS. We first won our home match with 1-0. In the away match we were under al ot of pressure, but it stayed 0-0. So that means that we qualified for Europe!!! We are going into the Europa Conference League!!! I'm very happy about that. In the Cup we won our Group, but in the Second Round we lost against SJK. I integreted a lot of youngsters from 2023 intake in our team. Some of them developed really, really well. Five of them are first team players already. The player who really stand-out is Kalle Haglund 23a. Let's take a look at his development. He is developing nicely, and is already our best player. Internazionale is interested in signing him, but I hope that I can keep him around at the club. Also three other players are developing really well: Because of this good season, our board was willing to upgrade our Junior Coaching Budget and Youth Recruitment again. They are now maxed out! Youth intake The preview was, again, unbelievable: The intake itself was, also again, a great one! Some really nice players. Some of them will get a chance in the first team next season. Our finances are terrible at the moment. Hopefully our European campaign next season will bring us some money.

That's a great choice!! Very nice club. I reloaded lots of times to get them in the past, but never got them. Good luck!

@DaveTheEditor Is there something wrong with promoted clubs in the Bosnian file? I investigated the file for a future save. I holidayed one season and took over a promoted club in the 2nd Division. But when I go to the Finances-screen and click on Projection, the game crashes. I tested it with several clubs. When I take over a non-promoted club (FK Sarajevo for example) the problem isn’t there. So it’s only with newly promoted clubs from the 3rd division.

Congrats with the title!! Let’s see how it goes on the highest level!

Jyväskylän Jalkapalloklubi (JJK) Season 2023 review (season 1) Ykkönen | 1st What a season!! We became champions of the Ykkönen, the 2nd level of Finland! We were very good from the beginning. It was a good fight between our team, FC Honka and HIFK. FFK Jaro won surprisingly the Cup, and going into Europe next season. Not bad for a 2nd Division team! Best players this season were Robin Saastamoinen, Tuomas Koppelomäki, Aleksis Lehtonen, Ville Kirvesoja, Ville Viljala and Antoine Lemarié. I was again able to upgrade our facilities. And not only that, we are also going Professional! I can't wait to start the next season on the highest level, with all those great youngsters from our intake.

What a debut!! Came in as a sub, and scoring 2 penals in his very first match. Nerves of steel!

Jyväskylän Jalkapalloklubi Youth intake 2023 WOW. What an intake we had!! The preview was already very promising, but the intake was fantastic. And it was only our very first one! Thank you, HoYD Iiro Keskinen! And check this guy, the most gifted one from this intake He is only 15 years old!! These are the rest of the 'Elite Talents' from this intake: I already love this save, and it's only getting better with intakes like this!

JJK The start of my career here in Finland is very promising! After 11 games, we are in a 2nd place, just behind FC Honka. So hopefully we can continue this. I was also very happy with our first upgrades! Both of them are now on a very good level already. And last but not least: the youth intake preview. It looks like a very interesting first Youth Intake!

Ouch, @DazRTaylor! What a bad run. That was a very short spell.... I still need to start with the league. I didn't qualify for the next Cup round, and played a lot of friendlies. I feel I'm ready for the league, but I'm not really sure now

No, you couldn't know, and I really don't mind if someone is playing with the same club. But I just started the save, I was only a couple of weeks underway. I didn't even posted about it in here. But if I then have the choice to start with a club no-one is playing with, then I'll choose that option, instead of a club where someone already playing with. If I was already a season or so underway, then I continued with that club. I really don't mind if someone is chosing the same club as me, or vice versa.

Thanks mate. It's all good, I'm actually very happy with the change. I love the club colours of JJK and the kits I made, so I really don't mind. I played only a couple of months in-game with KäPa, so didn't mind to start a new save.

Jyväskylän Jalkapalloklubi (JJK) Well, here we go then! I'm going to give Finland a try. I started a save yesterday with KäPa, but when I saw that @DazRTaylor chose them, I switched to my 2nd choice JJK. I always fancied Finland, mainly because one of my heroes when I was young: the one and only Jari Litmanen. I was such a big fan of him in the 90s when he played for Ajax. So hopefully I can make him my Assistant Manager in the near future! I made these kits, based on their real life kits. And as you can see, one of the main reasons to choose JJK is their facilities. Hopefully it can give me a kickstart in the first seasons!

That's exactly the team where I started a save with last night! I also wanted to play in Finland, and picked this team because of their facilities. Good luck with KäPa!
