    Michael Carrick is probably one worth keeping an eye for the future. Had a very good start at Boro and with his international experience and media handling would seem like a potential coach for after the Euro's.

    There's no way I can see the FA getting rid of Southgate. If he does leave it will be his decision & he doesn't strike me as someone that's likely to walk out of a contract.

    I think you were lucky. Your first goal could of easily been ruled out, we could of had another penalty on top of the two we had, which if converted would of given us a comfortable win. Plus we hit the post. But fair play, every chance you go on to win it now.

    Which is why I was asking who we should go for if Southgate leaves. Howe or Potter would be obvious choices, but can't see them leaving their club sides.

    Not at all, this is meant to be the best of England. Same way I wouldn't want an English manager if I was from Argentina. I understand smaller countries going for foreign managers, but I'm firmly of the opinion we should be appointing English or at least British managers. Plus, it hasn't exactly worked out when we've both in other highly rated foreign coaches in the past. @skybluedave

    I thought that before he took it, but then if the other player missed everyone would be raging that Kane didn't take it.

    All those saying Southgate should go who would you replace him with? Can't see the FA buying Howe or Potter out of their contracts and that would mean going down the foreign route, which personally I'm not a huge fan of.

    I think Kane would of buried both pens against any other keeper. He just overthought it and messed up.

    If you limit player interactions and don't use team bonding/community outreach it should make it harder to get the dynamics up. This should also make the game a little tougher if that's what you're looking for. You could also try playing without attributes so that you have to rely on reports, form & data if you want to play hard-mode.
