    I think choosing a country where you have an affiliate is a good idea for marketing reasons. Also take into account the standard of teams available for preseason games. Otherwise I don't think it matters too much.

    I usually appoint an additional coach who is well rounded in all coaching departments and have him training every category (bar fitness/GK) as a support coach. Usually helps prevent the workload becoming heavy.

    If you go to make an offer for one of their players it will tell you which positions they're looking to strengthen in. At least that was the case on FM22.

    Seems a bit harsh to have 3 Polish players in there given they got to the knockout stages

    Disagree, there was only one 0-0 match in the knockout stages, the tournament had more goals than any other prior World Cup. Saudi Arabia's win over Argentina was one the biggest upsets of all time and on top of that you had Germany, Denmark & Belgium getting knocked out in the group stages & a team of Morocco's standing getting all the way to the semi final.

    Not necessarily worse, they've just had an extra opportunity to add to their loss tally

    He recently had to do a show from Portman Road (Ipswich) for TalkSport & refused to stay for the match which was 45 minutes after his show finished. He said football outside the top flight is non existent to him.

    If Gerrard had stayed at Rangers, he'd probably of been top of the queue (presuming they'd remained successful under him)
