    Love the skin guys, thanks for the all the work on it.

    Is there any way to have both backgrounds and city pictures displaying for each club? Eg. for Real Madrid a pic of the Bernabeu as the background but a picture of Madrid for the city?

    I am using metallic logos. I have so far got either the Bernabeu and no city pic or, deleting the Back Left logos, got the city of Madrid displaying as both the background and the city pic.

    Many thanks.

    Yea, I'm doing that myself.

    For your backgrounds you might need to download the city pics if you haven't already. If you want to change the city to a stadium obviously just name the stadium whatever the background was for the city.

  2. Is there any way I could add the little info hover button for player attributes beside their name following a scout report? It can become a little time-consuming if you're scouting multiple players at once having to navigate into their profile and then back out again.

    @wkdsoul I also applied that code for the live league table but got a parsing error message after the match finished. Do I need to replace lines of code or add the code in? I tried replacing the following lines:

    <!--Competition tables-->
              <container class="subsection_box" alignment="centre" size="11" font="text" colour="bbc" appearance="boxes/subsection/standard/blank">
                <layout class="stick_to_sides_attachment" alignment="all" inset="0" layout_children="true" />
                 <translation id="title"  value="Competition Standings"  />
            <widget class="competition_stage_panel" id="leag" file="competition/competition overview stage">

    That code works in mine.. you can see the arrows in the s-shot.

    Nice! Which xml do I need to put this in? I'm still getting to grips with skinning editing lol.

    I'm digging that scoreboard and match font under the stadium by the way. Nice layout.

    You can only change it via photoshop, same with all the grass panels. (Some will require very minor that you can inset but most are a photoshop job)

    I already tried changing the pitch images in the graphics > boxes > match folder but it didn't work, so I'm guessing they're for somewhere else. The problem I'm having is finding the ones that correspond with the 3 images I attached.

    The grass issue is the same as any other panel that has it.  The issue has been raised and answered have a search, its the same process (It usually under "player position or last XI" questions in this thread.

    The player overview will be xml for the last one, just look for the last two containers in the xml and amend the height="xx"

    I couldn't get the grass to change via the xml though. I had to edit the graphic in Photoshop. I did manage to sort out the player profile though so thanks for your help there.

  6. Making my own edits to this to get everything in line and it's coming along quite nicely. I'm trying to resize a few things but can't find the right images or config files though, can anyone help with these?

    - During matches, Overview > Formations, the grass is out of line. Not sure which grass image to change, or offset in config file
    - In the post-match summary screen, I want to decrease the length of the team stats panels on the left, so that I can increase the length of the team formation panels to be in line with the Match Stats panel. They're way too condensed
    (I'd also like to increase the size of team names/score/kits in the Match Score/Overview panel in the top left to make more use of the empty space)
    - In the Match Summary/Highlights screen, the grass is again out of line with the pitch. Again, not sure which images need to be changed for this
    - In the Player Profile screen, I want to reduce the length of the Reports panel, so that I can move up the Biography panel to be in line with Preferred Moves. I then want to bring up the Career Stats panel to be in line with the Season Stats panel

    Club overview - line 61 - you can either play about with the inset figures or the apperance address will give you the location of the panel graphic you can edit in photoshop

    Awesome. Thanks a lot man.

    EDIT: Will have to edit in Photoshop I think, for anyone else having this problem. Editing the numbers didn't reduce the height of the grass but rather the background panel.

    Depends on your resolution?

    The World Map locator is not showing as your logo pack is interfering. If you look closely you can se the old metallic Premier League logo appear (transparent).

    Go into your logos folder, and delete or deactivate the "background logos left/right" part of it, and the skin will work like it is supposed to again.

    I'm playing in windowed mode (screen resolution is 1920x1080 in general), but not sure which line of the code it is that changes the size of the grass to go in line with the pitch.

    That fixed the location map problem by the way, cheers.

  9. Decided to start using this until the low res version is released. Couple of problems though:

    - How can I reduce the height of the grass on the club overview under Last Starting 11? The grass picture is too long and runs past the bottom of the pitch
    - The club's location doesn't show up in the bottom right corner of the club overview screen

  10. Ok so the only problem I have left outside of verifying the file is that the first round of the Europa League is now calling the Intertoto winners from the previous year instead of the same year. For the first two seasons it calls the same Intertoto teams from the first season i.e. West Ham and Sevilla etc.

    @KUBI or anybody that is more comfortable with the editor than I am, is there any way you can help me out with this? I've attached the file below.

    Thanks.

  11. During testing/verifying of the competitions I'm getting the message "UEFA Champions League (2017) and UEFA Europa League (2016) have different years set". Where is the option to change this?

    My "Year" and "Base year for dates" for all competitions are set at 2013.

    Also for anyone that can help, I have seemingly fixed all of my original issues, but a new one has cropped up in that Europa plays for the first season only, while the Intertoto plays for the first two seasons only. No idea why as the Champions League runs every year, and they all have the same yearly interval settings. Any suggestions?

  12. @KUBI

    Some good news and some bad news. I've been working at this over the weekend and I've managed to fix everything, for the first season (minus 3rd placed dropouts into Europa). The bug with grabbing first timers in the UCL 3rd round instead of just the group stage may still crop up with teams like Leicester, but it's hard to tell as all the big teams keep qualifying in the automatic spots, and it works fine with those. I'll run a few more tests tonight.

    However the problem I'm having is that in every season after 2016-17, the Europa League first qualifying round isn't getting the 8 winners from the Intertoto Cup. This is the only problem I appear to have left, and with this sorted the file should be ready for an initial release while I try to configure an alternate version including the 3rd placed Champions League dropouts.

    I've included a pic of the rules I've set in the editor below:

    Did you try it with "get qualified teams for comp"? If you combine it with the "seeding of qualified teams" which should be 1, if the direct qualified has 0 or vice versa.

    Thanks for the response.

    Tried with the combination of seeding of qualified teams set to 1. It still calls Leicester in the 3rd round instead of Spurs. Man Utd are still coming in at the group stage too (even though they should only be in Europa), while Spurs are totally out of the competition.

  14. @KUBI Could you help me with the seeding for this by any chance?

    3rd qualifying round is set to get 'Lowest Seeded Qualifying Teams', however this means that whenever a new team such as Leicester qualifies via the top 2 spots they're being called in both the 3rd qualifying round and the group stage. Tottenham are also being subbed out for Leicester in the 3rd qual. round, and Man Utd are appearing in both comps in the first year.

    Sorry to keep bumping this but I've tried everything I can think of in order to fix it myself. I'm out of ideas.

  15. I'd love to see some kind of import feature where we can import an entire database for a previous season of Football Manager, and save it as an editor file. Would be great to go back and play the game in the 03/04 or 04/05 season with all the current gameplay features and the 3D match engine, or even better a season from the 90's. I know we can make the databases manually but in comparison to importing it takes editors so much time just to finish 1 league, especially if they're doing it alone. It would be so much easier for everyone.

    Additionally I agree with the stadium editor. I could see myself spending a ton of time in there, especially if it means we can get each individual stadium and the surrounding areas to look accurate.

  16. I made a 2 group phase Champions League/Europa League, which I've been carrying over for a few years now. However I'm having way more problems with this year's editor than I expected, even though I copy and pasted this file over from 2016 which worked perfectly fine:

    - Leicester, even though they should appear at the group stage, are appearing in both the 3rd qualifying round and the group stage, regardless of whether they win or lose, while Tottenham didn't even appear at all
    - Man Utd are appearing in both the Champions League and Europa League competitions, even though the seeding is untouched from 2016
    - Can't add squad registration for either competition (Not fully sure how to do this exactly either)
    - Having trouble getting a 3rd placed team in the first group stage of the Champions League to drop into the second group phase of the Europa League

    EDIT: Just a bit of an update on this. I'm thinking the Leicester issue has something to do with Leicester being Champions League first-timers and having a low seeding in the competition? The ruling in the editor is set to get 'Lowest Seeded Qualified Teams', and it looks like this has caused Leicester to go into the 3rd qualifying round, replacing Tottenham, and Man Utd for some reason enter at the CL group stage, as well as playing in Europa.

    File added for anyone who wants to take a look at it.
