2 draws and very precious one aganst Lech to end the round. Kaczmarek really helped us with these. Moving to winter break whilst still being inrelegation zone, however only by 1 point. Hopes for survival are still up 

 

Polish FA Cup

Suprise result against Pogon's first team. Brace form Bugajewski (05b) puts us in quarter finals where we will play Piast. Piast last season has been relegated from top tier.

I think we can safely add £600k to our budget for next season.

Tough month after the break. Pogon and Legia are much bette then us but I was expecting more from LKS game. We still in the fight but further from comfort.

S8 - Youth Intake 2031 

I think this can be the best intake we have had all save. Some of these players will be worked into our second team straight away I think. Personalities are not great yet, but new HOYD have just been employed so I guess we will have to wait for results a bit. 

I think I will be signing all the players except 2* PA 
 

Really excited about him, he will be going into second rotation team straight away.

 

Despite being Unabitious he already is almost as good as our second choice left back.

Great Great month for us ! We have put 5 past Jagiellonia, then won against GKS Tychy. Loss to Slask was always expected and then managed to draw against Radomiak. With 8 games left, we have just moved out of relegation zone, but the battle is so on.

Reading through this thread made me want to start a youth only career with a team from a local village I support but looks like I would have to go back to FM20 as they're in okręgówka and it's the last version I can find them playable. Good luck Rogu

It is definitely a different type of challenge, at least for me as this is my first youth only save that I am doing. 

@Bigpole whos DB I am using did explain at the beginning  of the thread the difficulties of creating lower ties of Poland where you have around 100 leagues at the same level in A Klasa which is below okręgówka. 
I would be happy to help out and do the research or anything needed to create lower leagues. That would something that I would be interested in. 

Another DB I found was from FMScout and that went down to Tier 6.

A win against Arka meant that we were really close to being safe for next season.  Bad month in terms of results, but who cares?

Even more money is chucked our way !  And as a result we are no longer in debt. Can't believe it really that we have been given about £3M in the course of the season for TV Revenue, Squad Bonus (Youth thingy) and just participation. 
The second line of the message where prize has increased is new in FM24. I feel like doing a nation build save might be more worthwhile, Poland is currently 10th in Reputation rakings, I wonder what would the price be if they were higher?

Polish First Division 

 A really tough season is behind us. Managed to stay up for the next season what means more money in the next season. We spent most of the season in relegation places and just moved out right near the end. 71 goals conceded though is 2nd worst result in the league.

New Stadium Incoming

We are getting ANOTHER stadium. We had one built at the beginning of 2K capacity. I thought that clubs need to wait so many seasons to build another stadium. The only reason I can see on this is that, in Ekstraklasa there is a minimum stadium size requirement of 4500, and probably the old/new stadium cannot be expanded. 

 

 

 

This is the stadium that was built for us couple of seasons ago.

A expected, we are still last in the pecking order. We are joined by Wieczysta, Piast and Gornik in top flight. I expect it be really tough to stay up this season.

Narrow loss to  Wisla  but then a goals galore game against Lechia, we scored 5 goals out of 1.34 xG clearly didn't deserve the point.

Once I've tried the youth only save few years ago I don't even want to go back to normal gameplay

After looking through all FM versions I have and lower leagues DBs I think it's best to do it in FM20 because of full structure down to tier 6 (or wait until FM25 as my team is likely to win promotion this season). If the save sticks for more than few season I can post some updates :)

I think Barteks DB from FM Scout did go as low as 5th league / okregowka, so might be worth checking there ? I might still have that save somewhere so if you tell me the name of the team I can check

Very disapointing month for us. I hope that we can turn this around later on. We are last after 7 games with only 1 point and 6 points already behind safety.

We managed to sneak a draw against Gornik, but other than that we have not been great. I think this season we might go down the league (If I don't get sacked before hand)  to come back stronger as I think the quality of our players is just not enough. We score quite a lot but let through a lot more.

Lost ONLY 1 to nothing against Slask, what is great result considering that they are really good team, to then get demolished by Rakow AGAIN.. And then, in round 13 of the league we have our first win ! This leaves us still far behind in relegation but hope that it will push us forward.

Our first team managed to beat GKS Tychy who are in Ekstraklasa with us, but our second team needed extra time to beat 4th tier Olimpia Elblag.

I don't have an idea where that came from... after 13 games without win, we won 5 in the row in the league. I just hope it continues.  We spanked Pogon 3 to nothing and Legia 1 to nothing, these wins are huge for us, but also winning aginst Wieczysta and Zaglebie, our relegation contenders is another big thing. Great month We have best run of form in the whole league atm.

A loss and a win against teams from top half?  I take it. In both games we weren't better then the opponent but still finishing the year on the high with a win before the break. Half way through the season we are 4 points clear of relegation places, and considering where we have been for majority of these games I am happy. MAYBE we can make another survival.

I know that this can't be trusted, but can't wait to reap the rewards of our facilities improvements. Giving that our HOYD has JPA and JPP of 4 this can be go terribly wrong.

Loss against top half LKS and win against overachieving Radomiak was giving me quite high hopes. However, then we came back to be our normal selves and lost a couple against teams which are around us.

WOW, This is my first intake that is actually really really good. Even the personalities are amazing comparing to what we had before. I guess half of these players will jump into senior squad and start playing games, as some are already better.

5 games left and we are playing every team that is behind us, and they play each other. This can go many ways.

We stole a point from Piast with a 97th minute equalizer. Then a crazy game against Slask where w scored 3 in 7 minutes to lose only by 1 goal. Rakow game was expected, but then we managed to pull through against Motor in direct relegation battle. 

We are still not safe but with 4 games left we are 6 points ahead of KGHM Zaglebie, who we are yet still to play.

Yet again we defied the odds and managed to stay up ! In the end we managed to do it with 2 games to spare where I played second team. Rakow yet again dominated the league to win the title.

 According to the bookies we are going to finish last again. I didn't have much hopes in general. Warta and Jagiellonia got promoted back to Ekstraklasa with Gornik Leczna joining them. 

 

The number of season tickets held by Widzew is impressive. We are not last in that regard, still sell more then Lechia.

I would've but he is not very good.  Unfortunately I don't foresee him doing amazing managerial career. I think the time will come when we will be re-signing our players to join the management team however I don't think its the time.
