Can only apply for jobs in England

I have managed a team in Belgium and am looking to move on as part of my journeyman save, I have all top 5 leagues loaded but I can only apply for jobs in England, no other countries teams even come up in the job security tab, I can click on a club and see they have no manager but if they are not in England I cannot apply. Any help would be appreciated

Presume they are all playable and not view only?

On the Job Centre page check your filter. Maybe you just have England selected.

Would reputation, experience etc come into play? given they would not let you apply if you're Sunday League and never heard of you

I do believe there is a tick box that says you can apply for jobs. I don't have the game open but I wonder if it might specify nations allowed to manage in.

Off the top of my head I can't think where it is for certain. I think it's in game status.
