I can only apply for jobs in England despite having all top 5 leagues loaded, only English clubs appear on the job security tab, if I click on a club I can see if they have a manager or not but if they don't I am unable to apply, is there anyway to fix this as I would love to manage in a different country on the same save

I have managed a team in Belgium and am looking to move on as part of my journeyman save, I have all top 5 leagues loaded but I can only apply for jobs in England, no other countries teams even come up in the job security tab, I can click on a club and see they have no manager but if they are not in England I cannot apply. Any help would be appreciated many thanks, Billy
