Scouting U18 Teams/Newgens

I’m looking for young prospects, looking at U18 national teams. Is there a way to scout the whole squad/every player, or do I have to click on each individual player to scout them?

Also, and advice on finding Newgens with great potential? I’m in my first summer transfer window after completing my first season with Newcastle. I have a great transfer budget and want to build up my U18 squad with future talent. Playing FM22 right now.

To scout the whole squad you just need to click on the first player in the list, hold down Shift, click on the last player in the list, then right click and request scouting assignments.

Go to Scouting > Player Search and add:

1. Age 15-17
2. International Caps - At Least 1
3. Sort by World Reputation

1. Age 18-21
2. International Caps - At Least 5 (or 10)
3. Sort by World Reputation

Scout these players. Don’t waste your time doing unnecessary clicking etc. Good luck with demands!

But many of them will already be scouted. How do you sort out the ones who are already scouted? I do this manually today by sorting them by age and the ”unknown” price on the right side of the u18 team screen.

Add  a filter New Search>>Advanced>>Add Condition>>Scouting>>Days Since Scout Report Created>>Is At Least=180 will exclude anybody scouted within the last six months. Change the number of days to suit yourself
