Best XI Gabriele Capanni - Anton Groznica - Luka Imnadze Capanni proved to be the buy of the season, perhaps even of the save so far. 32 assists! Groznica was also very impressive in his set piece scoring, and our strikers called 71 goals between them. The only problem with that is now big teams have noticed us, and Juventus want Matejka. I'm using a downloaded tactic, one of Knap's, but all the positions, roles and instructions make sense to me in a logical football sense. Transfers (Out) Zilinski didn't quite cut it for us, but we sold him for 4 times what we bought him for. The good thing about not being in any knockout stages is that we can now go wild in the transfer market (we're restricted to 3 replacements for the knockout stages). Best XI Gabriele Capanni - Anton Groznica - Lukas Matejka Capanni was an assist machine once again this season, and Matejka scored at a rate of more than 1 goal a game. It's hard to see where the squad needs improvement, but that's when I'll consult the attribute analysis screen. Transfers (In) We spent a fair bit of money by our standards this transfer window, bringing in 2 strikers (one immediate & one for the future), a right back and a centre mid who showed up in my box to box filter but not the DLP filter. Turns out he's a DLP in disguise with a rating of 89.27. Wow! Transfers (Out) With the purchase of Sirabidze, we went over our foreign player limit, and Thomson was an unfortunate casualty. Next up we have an Albanian team, so that should also be pretty straightforward. Transfers (In) Anderson is another winger from South America that I'm really excited about. We get a decent Europa League group as a result. Copenhagen got Man United, Bayern and Lille. So they'll probably get destroyed. At this point I feel like only Arsenal will beat us. But who knows! I thought I'd just mention Dundalk as well, as they have become the first Irish team to reach the group stage of the Champions League! Oh yeah I think I remember following that save back when it was running. We're certainly taking on undertones of TNS, but I think we're progressing well in Europe, but that progress seems to have stalled at the moment. What's more impressive is that we didn't concede any goals in our 7 matches this month.
