Seven minutes later we got the opener as Neilhoskins showed some amazing skill to beat the defence and fired under the keeper. With two minutes remaining in the half Guiseley nearly grabbed the equaliser with a low shot which was diverted wide by Gavrenwick.
The second half was twelve minutes old Guiseley came close again as they broke down the defence with real ease but Bagpuss blocked the effort brilliantly. On the 74th minute Neilhoskins had the chance to double his tally with a rasping effort which had the Guiseley keeper brilliantly saving. January 4th:
Boston Utd (The Rejection Arena, Matlock) (26/42)
The first half was a pretty quiet affair with little in the way of action apart from on the 24th minute as J.Rollins hit a speculative effort which bobble up and over Git2thachoppa. Just before the break Boston had another chance with a curling shot which curled just the wrong side of the upright.
The second half though was a different story and eight minutes in we grabbed the equalising goal as Mandy barged into the area and fired low under the keeper. Soon after we had another chance with Mark Wilson stinging the fingers of the keeper from close range. On the 75th minute we finally took the lead as Tenthreeleader headed in a WLKRAS cross. However two minutes later Boston equalised with a well struck effort from J.Adebayo-Smith which gave Git2thachoppa no chance of saving. On the 83rd minute we conceded again as C.Wakefield gave the away side the lead as he finished from close range after my defence fell asleep. We responded well and piled on the pressure and on the stroke of full time we equalised as Mandy hit a daisy cutter past the keeper and into the back of the net. Our joy didn't last long though as deep into injury time O.Simmonds fired in to give Boston all three points. Gutting isnt the word

Blyth (Croft Park, Blyth) (27/42)
Two minutes into the game we took the lead as Tenthreeleader saw the keeper off his line and dinked the ball over his head from twenty five yards. On the 19th minute we had another chance as WLKRAS curled the ball from outside the area but the Blyth keeper saved well to deny him. Twelve minutes later Blyth had their first chance of the game with a great team move but Salkster threw his body in the way of the ball and saved the day. With four minutes remaining in the half they had another chance as they broke into the area but the final shot was as poor as the defending.
The second half was three minutes old when Blyth game close to another goal but Salkster slid in and ended a quick attack. On the hour mark we had our next chance as Drogba ran onto a Mark Wilson through-ball but his final effort was easily saved by the keeper. We controlled the first half with ease and on the 12th minute we had the first chance with a powerful strike from Tenthreeleader which crashed against the crossbar. Ten minutes later we had another chance as Mark Wilson crossed into the area but Neilhoskins headed wide of the post. We were all over Weymouth and on the 33rd minute Tenthreeleader had yet another chance with curling effort from twelve yards but the ball was well saved by the Weymouth keeper. Just before the break we had one more chance to score as BenArsenal tried his luck from outside the area but the keeper again saved well by tipping the ball over the crossbar.
The second half was five minutes old when we had yet another chance as Copperhorse crossed in from the wing but Gavrenwick headed straight into the keepers arms. However on the 63rd minute a momentary slip in concentration saw Weymouth grab a goal as B.Williams hit home from the edge of the area under Sherm. Ten minutes later we came close to equalising with Drogba beating the offside trap but the Weymouth keeper managed to block the effort at his feet. On the 78th minute we came close with a Drogba again testing the keeper but yet again the Weymouth keeper was on hand to block the shot and keep Weymouth in the competition.

Kettering (The Rejection Arena, Matlock) (28/42)
A damn poor start saw us a goal down on the 14th minute as M.Kelly beat Gavrenwick to a loose ball and fired under Sherm. Straight from kick off we let ourselves down again as A.O'Connor fired with pace past Sherm. On the 33rd minute we came close to losing another goal with Kettering piling into the area but  CFuller managed to get back in time to slid in and clear the ball. Just before the break we had our first chance as Tenthreeleader rose above the defence and headed a Copperhorse cross just over the crossbar.
The second half wasn't much better as we continued to be outplayed and on the hour mark we had the referee to thank as he ruled out a Kettering goal for a foul in Sherm. On the 78th minute we had our next chance as Drogba threaded the ball to the feet of Mark Wilson who lashed it wide of the post. With a minutes remaining in the game we got a goal back as Tenthreeleader slid in and diverted a BenArsenal cross past the Kettering keeper but it was too little too late.

Ben - I best tell him to self isolate away from the side for a fortnight instead

January 25th:
Gloucester (The Rejection Arena, Matlock) (29/42)
It was our side that started the better this time and on the 15th minute we grabbed the lead Neilhoskins fired in from the penalty spot after tenthreeleader was hauled down in the area. Eight minutes later Copperhorse found the net but the referee ruled it out for a foul in the build up. We were all over the Gloucester side and on the 43rd minute we had another chance as Mandy curled the ball into the area but BenArsenal failed to connect with the ball.
The second half was ten minutes old when we added a second goal and yet again it was from the penalty spot as Neilhoskins sent the keeper the wrong way after his effort was handled in the area. On the 69th minute Gloucester reminded us that they were their as they rattled the upright from just outside the area after a poor ball by Copperhorse was intercepted. Ten minutes later we came close to grabbing a third goal with Neilhoskins playing a one two with EvilDave but his effort went straight into the keepers arms. With seven minutes remaining in the game Gloucester pulled a goal back as J.Honks headed a cross past Sherm but it was too little too late for the away side

Kidderminster were all over us from the start and on the 18th minute they came close to scoring with a low shot which was cleared off the line by CFuller. Eight minutes later they had another chance as they broke through the defence but Sherm was on hand to deny them the effort. It was getting too easy for Kidderminster and on the 39th minute CFuller saved the day with a sliding challenge in the area which was perfectly timed.
The second half was much the same with Kidderminster piling on the pressure and just before the hour Sherm blocked a thunderous effort which stung his fingers. It was far too easy for the Kidderminster side and on the 75th minute they beat my defence to a loose ball but yet again the boot of CFuller denied them the chance to get all three points that they deserved

York (Bootham Crescent, York) (31/42)
York came out of the blocks quickly and on the 16th minute a poor challenge by Copperhorse saw York awarded a penalty which was converted by M.Tonge. Three minutes later it was two nil with A.Kempster heading in from close range after some dire defending in general. On the 29th minute we let ourselves down again with N.Watson making it three nil with a curling effort which gave Git2thachoppa no chance of saving. With two minutes remaining in the half though we pulled a goal back as Tenthreeleader rifled in a stunning shot from just inside the area.
The second half was all us as my half time words seemed to take hold and on the 54th minute we came close with a powerful strike from EvilDave which stung the fingers of the keeper. Twelve minutes later we had another chance as Neilhoskins rattled the upright after beating the defence to a loose ball. With five minutes remaining in the game we grabbed another goal with EvilDave curling in from outside the area to give the keeper no chance of saving however it was too little too late and we went home without the points.

February 15th:
Brackley (St.James Park, Brackley) (32/42)
A tight first half saw only a couple of chances with you lot having the first effort on the 23rd minute as Mandy tried his luck from distance but the Brackley keeper was on hand to save the shot. With six minutes remaining in the half Brackley had their only chance of the half with a low shot which Git2thachoppa managed to tip round the post.
The second half was even minutes old when Brackley opened the scoring as C.Baker made his way through my defence with far too much ease and fired past Git2thachoppa. The home side started to dominate and on the 69th minute they were awarded a penalty after Diego Imposta handled in the area, luckily for us C.Baker fired his penalty wide of the post. Twelve minutes later Brackley had another chance as they beat the offside trap but CFuller got back and cleared the ball. With two minutes remaining in the half we had the chance to equalise as Neilhoskins hit a speculative effort towards goal but the Brackley keeper managed to tip the ball over the crossbar. Just before the break Southport had yet another chance with a thunderous long range effort which saw Rien bravely heading the ball away.

On the 78th minute Southport had yet another chance with a curling effort which just curled the wrong side of the post. The second half was dominated by us lot and on the 59th minute we had the chance to double our lead with a low shot from Mark Wilson which stung the fingers of the Alfreton keeper. Twelve minutes later Alfreton had their next chance of the game with a well struck effort which saw Bagpuss at full stretch to save. Gateshead (Gateshead International Stadium, Gateshead) (40/42)
We never got started at all against Gateshead as they bettered us with ease. On the 17th minute they took the lead as D.Tear ripped through the defence with far too much ease and fired under Git2thachoppa. Soon after the they had another chance as the defence again fell asleep just after the half hour they had another chance with a low shot which was diverted wide by Rien. With two minutes remaining in the half Gateshead grabbed a deserved second goal with S.Barrow unleashing a thunderous effort into the top corner.
The second half was mainly Gateshead and on the 61st minute they added another goal with J.Preston doing the honours from outside the area which gave Git2thachoppa little chance of saving. Four minutes later we were reduced to ten men after Rien was sent off for a second yellow card. However on the 69th minute we grabbed a goal back as Tenthreeleader capitalized on a keeping error to fire in. Eight minutes  later though we let ourselves down as D.Tear curled the ball in from outside the area after my defence failed to pick up the run of the attacker. I was furious with the side and my mood didn’t improve as on the stroke of full time C.Oliver headed in from close range after the defence again went AWOL.. I hope you guys are ready for training for morning

April 18th:
King's Lynn (The Rejection Arena, Matlock) (41/42)
A poor start saw us conceding a goal on the 7th minute as C.Bull rose above the defence and heading past Sherm who wasn’t protected all by his defence. Soon after they had another chance with a thunderous effort which stung the fingers of Sherm. King’s Lynn carried on the pressure and on the 32nd minute they had another chance as they broke through the static defence and fired under my keeper but luckily for us it went just past the post. With a minute remaining in the half though King’s Lynn grabbed another goal with C.Bull getting his second of the game with a well struck effort which gave Sherm no chance of saving.
The second half was much the same with King’s Lynn controlling the play and on the hour they grabbed another goal as E.Osadebe curled a wonderful freekick into the top corner after Diego Imposta had fouled twenty yards out. We just weren’t at the races and on the 78th minute the away side had the final chance of the game with a low shot which went just wide of the upright. I was furious with the performance as we didn’t manage a single effort on goal. The fans also vented their frustration as you left the pitch to a chorus of boo’s for the first time this season

FMS Rejects 0-3 King's Lynn C.Bull 7, 44, E.Osadebe 60

Sherm, Salkster, CFuller, Dalbeider, Diego Imposta, Mandy, Mark Wilson, EvilDave, Copperhorse, Neilhoskins, Tenthreeleader (Drogba)

April 25th:
Farsley (The Rejection Arena, Matlock) (42/42)
The final game of the season and we started well with a cracking effort from Neilhoskins which saw the Farsley keeper at full stretch to save. On the 23rd minute we had another chance with a low shot which saw CFuller bravely blocking the effort. Eight minutes later Farsley had the chance to take the lead as they broke through the defence but Rien slid in and cleared the ball. Just before the break we had another chance as Copperhorse beat the defence to a loose ball and fired towards goal but the Farsley keeper denied him with a brilliant save.
The second half was pretty open with some excellent end to end football and on the 58th minute we came close again with Copperhorse curling the ball into the area but Tenthreeleader headed just wide of the post. Twelve minutes later Farsley had their next chance but Sherm denied them with a world class save. With ten minutes remaining in the game we grabbed the winning goal with Copperhorse hitting a powerful strike into the top corner to of the net from just outside the area.

Season Two 2020/21:
July 2020:
July 3rd:
The first pre-season game sees us facing Birmingham and we put on a good display despite losing 1-0 thanks to a late goal. I was pretty impressed guys

July 6th:
Our next game saw us facing local side Chesterfield and we beat them 2-1 with Tenthreeleader grabbing a brace, however our case was helped as Chesterfield were reduced to ten men on the 24th minute

July 8th:
The next game saw us facing Pinxton and we thrashed them 7-2 with both Neilhoskins and Tenthreeleader grabbing a hat-trick. The other goal was scored by Copperhorse. I was however alittle disappointed that we conceded what was two silly goals

July 10th:
The next friendly sees us facing Everton Under 23's and we played well to beat them 1-0 with a penalty from Neilhoskins.

July 12th:
We now faced local rivals Matlock Town and we battered them. The game started with Mark Wilson scoring early on and this was followed by Copperhorse heading in from close range. Neilhoskins grabbed one of the other goals, but the Man of the Math was Tenthreeleader who grabbed the perfect hat-trick.

July 15th:
Our next game saw us facing Jong Ajax and we battered them in a surprising game. Copperhorse and BenArsenal scored a goal apiece before Tenthreeleader grabbed four goals to complete a 6-0 rout.

July 17th:
The odds for the forthcoming season have been released and we have been quoted at 5-2 second favourites and 200-1 odds to get relegated. The favourites are Kettering at 5-1

July 18th:
Our next friendly sees us facing Corby away and we did them one 5-0 with Neilhoskins grabbing a brace and Tenthreeleader grabbing a hat-trick. The only downside to the game was CFuller getting sent off for two yellow cards

July 20th:
Up next was a trip to Bradford PA and we managed a 3-1 win with Tenthreeleader grabbing another hat-trick. However the score line flattered us in truth and we didn't play well.

July 22nd:
We now faced Barnsley at home and played well as we drew 2-2. It was an end to end game with neither side keeping the lead long. Mark Wilson and Tenthreeleader were the scorers.

July 25th:
We now had a home tie against Merthyr and we beat them easily 3-1 with Mark Wilson grabbing a goal and Neilhoskins grabbing a brace.

July 27h:
Our next friendly saw us thrashing Aldershot 6-0 with Drogba and Tenthreeleader grabbing a hat-trick a piece.

July 29th:
I have been asked to see whether or not I want to keep CFuller as my Captain and Rien as my Vice-Captain. I have decided to keep them on for the forthcoming season

The next friendly saw us beating Basel U21's 3-0 with Tenthreeleader grabbing a couple of goals and BenArsenal grabbing the other goal.

Soon after we had another chance to score with Neilhoskins coming close from just outside the area. We were controlling the game and on the 35th minute we had another chance to score as WLKRAS crossed into the area but this time Tenthreeleader headed wide of the post.
The second half was much the same as we piled on the pressure and just after the hour mark we had yet another chance to score from the spot as Copperhorse’s effort was handled in the area, Tenthreeleader stepped up and fired the penalty straight at the keeper. We just couldn’t get past the keeper and on the stroke of full time we were punished as Basford grabbed the winner with a thunderbolt from M.Obiero which gave Git2thachoppa no chance of saving. Gutting isn’t the word for it

September 2020:
September 2nd:
Spennymoor (Brewery Field, Spennymoor) (10/46)
Two minutes into the game we were a goal down as Spennymoor fired in from the penalty spot after J.Roberts fire in under Bagpuss after Gavrenwick handled in the area. The penalty though gave you lot a kick up the ass and on the 26th minute we grabbed the equaliser as Tenthreeleader fired in to the top corner after beating the defence to a loose ball. Nine minutes later we added a second goal with Tenthreeleader beating the offside trap and rounding the keeper and slotting into the empty net.
The second half was much the same as we piled on the pressure and on the 58th minute we grabbed a third goal as Tenthreeleader fired in from the spot with a fine penalty to complete his hattrick. Spennymoor weren’t getting close to the ball and with a minute remaining in the game Tenthreeleader grabbed a fourth goal with a low shot which past the keeper. A much better showing in front of the net this game
