Bothan Spy Posted May 3, 2019 Share Posted May 3, 2019 Is there anyway you can insist or influence a reserve/ U19s manager to select a player in their starting line-up? The reason I ask is, I bought Brenner the 18 year old striker at the beginning of the season. Although he isn't quite ready for my first team, I made him available for the U19s. After 6 months or so, I've noticed that my reserve team manager isn't picking him at all which is obviously not what I want to happen. Any ideas? jnr_ironside Posted May 4, 2019 Share Posted May 4, 2019 You can just pick in the same way you can for the 1st team just pick his position in the u19 team and the manager will play him there if he is fit and available. FrazT Posted May 7, 2019 Share Posted May 7, 2019 Even if you are not running any of your reserve or youth teams, if you make a player available, then select him in the position in the tactics screen for that team, he will be played as long as he is eligible.
