autohoratio Posted January 26, 2019 Share Posted January 26, 2019 I made a post regarding this in another thread in the bugs forum, where the SI team said that it is intentional for the player to have no control over B-Team training. However, I think that this is a large oversight; surely, seeing as the player has a senior role to the B-Team manager, can instruct the B-Team to play with a specific tactic and can choose to manage B-Team friendly matches, hire/fire B-Team manager etc and receives training emails for the B-Team, the player should at least have the option of interacting with the B-Team manager to tell them how they want the B-Team's training to be run? I'd like for there to be some level of interaction possible in this regard, if not allowing outright control over B-Team training. If you're managing a club where you want the same tactical philosophy used at all levels, for example, I think it only makes sense for B-Team training to reflect the first-team's training despite the different managers.
