The feature is allready in place with a dedicated Manager but so sad can't be use . B Team squad is very useful to get new players in and try out new tactics plus formations before selecting and incorporate them into the first team. How many B international featuring top teams are there in one season? Very few, but it's been suggested to come back by some pundits in the British press on occasion. In terms of 'top teams', Italy's last B international came in 2012, France's in 2007, Germany's in 2006, England's in 2007, Portugal's in 2008. Russia's last played in 2012, Turkey's in 2013. Any other either don't have wikipedia pages or last played before that (Spain in 1981 for instance). Germany's B Team was used as part of their preparations for the 2006 World Cup and four members of Team 2006 were included in that squad, whilst a number of others went on to be capped by the national side - with Roman Weidenfeller being the only B Team player who was part of the winning 2014 World Cup squad (Mario Gomez missed out due to a knee injury curtailing his football that season) but a number of B Team internationals featured in the WC squads for 2006 and 2010, and in the 2008 Euros runner up squad.
