ermant Posted May 26, 2016 Share Posted May 26, 2016 You can list them in the player search screen with age at most 16 and most of the players will be newly created regens. Just created regens will be free to sign but good prospects are generally unwilling to sign for you and they won't negotiate if this is what you are looking for. You can't steal them You can also narrow the list with adding contract information i guess. Or select one and then click on another while holding SHIFT to select all of them in between the two you selected. Holding CTRL and clicking makes you select only those you are clicking. But you can still avoid this constraint by just selecting in 500 player chunks and doing it ad infinitum until you've selected everyone of them...
