Which tactic do you like the most? (FM 13)

As in previous years such a poll was helpful for me, I thought I'd start one for FM 13 too. Might be especially interesting as many have found it difficult to create a plug & play tactic on this years installment.

So, which tactic do you like the best and why? Would be nice if you didn't only vote, but post a small explanatory comment too
