Rainbow1112
Is Continental A License the highest?
Gandy
Continental Pro License I think is the highest.
Argente
When I try and do this it says the club can't afford it despite it only costing 1k and having 690k in the bank. Then at some random point the coach decides to do it himself and lo and behold the club offers to pay for it.

ryanlion28
can you send u21 and u19 managers on coaching courses?
ryanlion28
Anyone? bump
Marchw
It seems not. Can't see that option anywhere. However, if they're any good they usually end up going on them anyway (often paid for by the club, as said above). Don't understand why the club will never fund it when you ask, then fund it anyway! ryanlion28
See my U21 manager is on a course now, but my u19 manager can't, and i want him to improve as he's a club legend, but has poor staff stats

Cheesey1975
i think it also depends on the board wanting to improve the staff
ryanlion28
slightly off topic, but what do clubs look for in appointing a manager, is it their stats, or their previous reputation. I'm generally aiming this at players who have retired on the game
Negatrev
Staff have a CA and PA just like players. I'm not currently in the financial position to send my staff on courses just to test it, and I don't use editors. However, it my be a case that where the staff are already at a perceived sufficient level for the league you're in, then the club is less likely to offer to pay for the course requested. However, I imagine some inner workings testing would be needed to understand it further
