yury86
Every coach attribute is scaled between the range of 1 to 20. Can someone please tell me what is the actual meaning of it? For example, what is the difference between a coach that has the use of playmaker coaching attribute of 17 and 20?
Nocuous
Those are managerial attributes that every staff member will have (even physios). They're usually hidden in game but viewable with third party tools (FMScout/FMRTE). So take no notice of it would be my advice.
milnerpoint
The same difference between a striker having 17 for finishing or 20 for finishing, the one with 20 will be slightly better at using a playmaker than the one with 17. So that could be choosing the correct one, or using him at the right time and anything else you can think about setting for a playmaker.
chob
The higher the attribute the better the coach at that particular thing.
phnompenhandy
Useful if it's your assman or coach in charge of reserves or youth squad. For example, it like mine to have a high attribute in 'substitutions' to give more players a game.
