Neil Train Posted October 5, 2011 Share Posted October 5, 2011 i do this as standard, but i tot up how much i need to pay out over the next 4 seasons and make sure it's about 1/4 of my annual estimated budget. yes, it's possible to go totally overboard using this system the trick is to make sure it will be manageable in future seasons. additionally, wages need to be paid in real time so there's no way around that one. my team IRL has a maxed-out wage bill and i'll be selling a fair few players in FM12 and bringing in replacements with lower wage demands. you can always sometimes get a transfer offer accepted by offering future fees: so much after X league games, etc. seems to work quite well.
