Codename47
Re above. For example: Team A play 4-5-1 counter attacking, long pitch, no space etc etc. But where is the thread that deals with each of these teams playing style to combat the team's AI ???? mal9ball
I would use the analysis feature of their last game to work that out for myself. There may be an easier way though!
Codename47
Does anyone know the THREAD that deals with this please?
cemendur88
I don't think there is a thread that deals just with that, what kind of advice are you looking for?
Codename47
For example, when your scout analyses your next opponent and that team play... 4-4-2 defensive, look to counter attack. Defend deep or use fast defenders etc etc or 4-4-2 high tempo, look to play to the wings. They get the ball down ..... I'm sure I read sometime ago a chap who gave advice on each playing style the AI use and tips on how to combat each playing style?
furiousuk
I would think it would be very hard to write a generic thread on this as how you deal with the opposition is totally linked to how you normally play and the players that are at your disposal. Any thread on it would have to be very general and deal only with the weaknesses inherent in any tactical setup. Whether or not you have the squad to exploit those weaknesses is a whole different matter.
Steve Odom
Using this information is a biot complex, since it's mostly strictly statistical. When you ask yourself a) What team am I up against (good/bad, reputation and form wise) b) Who did they play last game (good/bad, reputation and form wise) c) How did they do? ...then you know what to do in most cases.
