We had the same issue in FM20, FM21 and FM22

It was fixed for FM22 and now it`s back again, jerky 3D

No matter what setting i`m on, it`s the same result

I have a RTX 3060Ti that can take on high and ultra any game out there, ANY GAME but FM23.....

It may be worth trying to change this setting from your Nvidia control panel:

My Vsync was already set to 3D application and it was still jerky . Was all ok before the update

I will report back. Had it off according to this one.

    Update:

Seems the Off setting in Vertical Sync and Low Latency Mode : Ultra, works better in NVIDIA.

Didn't fixed 100%, but it's better. The big issue it's on night games with lights.

Holy s**t, I don't know what kind of magic this  "--disable_flip_discard" thing is but it just fixed the issue for me.
Thank you to the person who thought of it.

So if we're experiencing lag are we meant to set it to on, off, fast or as it is in the screenshot?

How do i check the vsync thing?

    1. Tick on "Use my preference emphasising: Quality" - Scroll the bar to "Performance".

    2. Go to Manage 3D Settings, you will find V-Sync. If it's not there, then you don't have V-Sync, but apply:

    Low Latency Mode - Ultra
    Threaded Optimization - On
    Triple Buffering - Off
    Vertical Sync - Off
Power Management Mode - Prefer Maximum Performance

With space between max and number?

Finally, I found something which is smooth. Still, some lags - but have reduced by a lot.

    For MX150 NVIDIA Users:

    - Remove the --disable_flip_discard (didn't make any difference to my side, maybe it's for higher ends GPU) from Steam - Launch Options
    - OpenGL Rendering GPU: Choose the NVIDIA MX150
    - Power Management Mode: Prefer Maximum Performance
    - Texture Filtering Quality: High Performance
    - Threaded Optimization: On
    - Triple Buffering: Off
    - Vertical Sync: Adaptive (half fresh rate)

Well, it worked for 3 matches, no lags in daylight has come (previous daylight was not an issue).

Please, take a look. It's so bizarre.

thank you i will try this...

On fm 22-23, it helped me bypass the 60fps lock in the game. I have a 75 monitor and it immediately became smooth, but the V-sync in the video card still holds the maximum monitor frames 60, I don’t think it will change anything with this launch
