Don't be stupid. I have them same specs running XP which takes less resources and only get half a star running just England to league 2 with a large database. I get 1 star with a small database. My game doesnt run that slow though considering. But its all subjective. It depends how patient you are. If your willing to wait 30 seconds or so inbetween pressing continue its ok.
