Despite very poor performance at the end of the season and thanks to our rivals, we managed to clinch the title Europe, here we come. Only 2 players in IX of the season, but who cares. I forgot that Gudzhev has won Bulgarian Footballer Of The Year Award !!! and also in League. The Team League Stats And, how about that: He played in all 3 matches and was doing well. European Champions Cup 2nd Qualifying Round First match was an even draw, we could played it better Second one was very lucky, i mean very. We almost ended up losing in 93rd min, but thanks to Bulgarian Star we are through to the 3rd round! European Champions Cup 3rd Qualifying Round In Belgrade we were up 2-0 despite the stupid red card of our DMC. Last 2 minutes - disaster... Red Star scores twice. Shame Home match - best so far in my carrer. We had problems with the squad (6 injured, one suspended) and still, we destroyed Red Star 4-1! Superb performance from our striker Bamba takes us to the ECC Playoffs. European Champions Cup Playoff First Leg: Well, we won but not in a good style. So many ocassions, only one goal. Second Leg: Defensive 3-1-5-1 wasn't working well, we lost a goal - but somehow we managed to score in overtime. Not good performance, but we are in the Champions League !! Altidore managed to score and equalize. 1-1 Sporting won against Barca and we are off from Europe this season. Hungarian League Cup Easy wins and we qualified Hungarian Cup 5th Round / 1st and 2nd Leg Great performance and we are through to Quarter Finals I Division 5 games, 5 wins including trashing Gyor Mighty November Still losing 4 goals in 5 matches isn't good Now we are 9 points ahead with one game in hand, I smell second title. Hungarian League Cup 1st Leg Substitutes (and 2 players from first XI) played not so good as i expected, but they managed to win somehow. Hungarian Cup Quarter Final 1st Leg Against Papa i designed strongest squad, which resulted in good win and we are almost in semifinals. My defenders are better than strikers (3 goals in 2 matches) I Division Win, win, win. Unbeaten run:thup: 12 points lead, 12 matches to the end of season. We did very well in CL but it could be better. Its my fault I'm still learning tactics, team instructions, player instructions and so on. Against weak teams i'm doing fine almost everytime. I'm not a very decent FM player, so 4 throphies on one season makes me very very happy Next Season? I fell a little bit bored with my current club. Everything was so easy to win, too easy. I can try to retain all the trophies, play in Champions League again - even with no personal changes. Or I can go for another challange, biggest one this time Some new leagues coming in : Serbia (SuperLeague, First League) and Sweden (Premier Division, First Division Elite, First Division, Second Division). Anderssen and Rasmussen - destroying every opponent. They just scoring whenever they want, almost . Magnificent, just magnificent! (And some luck vs Hobro, I agree) Youngsters also keeping up with the form. They are not so bad as I was thinking. Maybe promotion is in our reach? Danish Cup 3rd Round We are in a 4th Round ! We played perfectly, young Zimling showing his potencial here. Bad news is - Hansen injured, one of my key players. Damn it. BTW: 4th Round vs Hobro I think we can. Overall it was shocking month for me in good aspect of course. We bounced back nicelly, thanks to Rasmussen (mainly) and my goalkeeper I won't be doing any personal or tactical changes. We beat Superliga Lyngby and that was unexpected Transfers No money, no transfers. I'm pretty sure that we can make good result with current squad. My aim is to upset Esbjerg fB in DBU Pokalen Semifinal, and then fight for the final win. It would be amazing if I can do that just in a first season with FC Svendborg. We'll see. I couldn't let the chance slip away. Motivation in the break was a key to final sucess! Mighty Rasmussen once again scored 2 superb goals. 4 shots, 4 goals - 100% accuracy, yeah !
