FrazT
You will need to give a lot more information about your computer to get any help.

Mike7077
It should be asking you to authenticate it. Is it doing that?

Heisenberg
Autorun turned off? I know it sounds stupid, but it's often something simple you've not thought of that's causing the problem

Heisenberg
Strange, but I've experienced similar problems when trying to install software on some computers in the lab (only some of our CD drives would read the software, even though it's totally legitimate). Check that all of your drivers are up to date for the DVD drive, then try again. I assume it's an original copy (or legal download)?

Matt ex SEGA
I'd recommend updating the drivers for your DVD drive, if you can.
