Where is the option to terminate loan contracts?

I can't see it anymore? Where is it? Could be a bug. If so, it's screwing me over because I've just taken over a side in the blue square north and need to terminate some awful loanees' contracts.

If they are long-term loans(one season or more than 3 months) you can only return them during the transfer window.

and you can't return them if a fee was paid.

Fact is though you can't cancel a loan where a fee was paid as a legal contract was agreed between the clubs.

That said something may have changed for FM12 compared to previous versions but until someone proves otherwise I stand by what I've read on the forums and experienced myself in previous versions of FM.

You cant cancel a loan when the player has left you team, but can when he has joined you.

I do grant perhaps maybe not if the loan began before the game began.

But if the loan begins after the game began, then you can cancel a loan where you paid a fee, as long as it is during a transfer window (in england)

Aye the loaning club can cancel a transfer even if a fee has been paid.
