Seann94
Recently I've started games as Reading (my favourite club), Portsmouth, Basingstoke, Liverpool and Real Madrid. All of them, after 1 game or something, I've lost the motivation for that game and given up. I want to start a new game, where 1 disappointment will not dampen my motivation, and where I can play it for a long time. Any ideas? Any suggestions welcome. Nottingham Forest
Ask in the What Team Should I Be Thread in the Good Player & Team Guide Forum. Alternatively you could look at post 1 of the FM11: Official Forum Links Thread and maybe see one of the teams that has a team guide and pick a team that way . Edit: hibs have a look at those threads too .

MartinGregory84
Do what I did mate, I was Liverpool won everything and found it easy so I went to one of the worst teams in the league I could I chose Accrington(no offence but no money crap facilities etc) and thinking of trying to remould the club. evora69
start unemployed, hire only national players, start in a random team, try a team on an "exotic" country, etc... there are so many ways of playing this game... motivation is a problem i don't have, time in the other hand... Chalky1989
Holiday a game for 10 years, so you've got a fresh start and new players. Or go for 20 if you want a completely regen filled transfer market.
TBarrs
why holiday for 10 20 years?? you might as well untick real players at the start of the set up, then be a team in the bottom league of England or something like that mate?? or do one with FULHAM
sporadicsmiles
Try making a middle-ranked country the best in europe. Manage, say, a Croatian team, and make that league dominate europe. That is about 30 years game play at least!! =}
Nottingham Forest
There is another suggestion I have. Have a look in the Challenges, Sign-Ups and Experiments Forum. Actually forgot about that one. There's some cracking challenges in there.
