Relegation

Hi i'm looking for a new challenge. Could anyone recommend a good relegation battle.

Prefferably in top european leagues with reasonably good finances.

Poli Tech in Romania was a pain in the arse for me - only 18 teams in the league and 4 relegation spots makes it difficult. I have a data update though and I think they were recently promoted so might not be in your database?

But yeah any crappy Romania side is a pain in the arse, almost no finances and a difficult league format.

I use Metal Guitarist's update and have never once seen Blackpool stay up, does seem a good challenge though.

chose a Segunda B team that has only recently come up/hasn't much money.

I've had two experiences with these teams on my journeyman career, once with alfaro (who ended the season 16th and we lost the relagation playoff) then with lealtad (who i got to 15th place and therefore safety on the last day). It's testing that league, especially most teams will come up with no real players, but broadened my experience and led to me getting a job at Luton, then subsequently Bari.

I second that. Downloaded one the other day and finding it very difficult but enjoyable with Blackpool. Played 5 - Won 1 - Drew 1 - Lost 3 so far. Lost to Liverpool, Man City and Aston Villa although we did beat Fulham 1-0 and drew to Newcastle with a 86th min Pen
