International management

Does anyone else find international management harder than club management. On my long save i've managed a good few nations, i can qualify with ease but i find i always get knocked out in the second round of the finals. Has happened to me with algeria, ireland twice, hungary and austria. Maybe im more like steve mclaren and should stick to club duties!

It will naturally be difficult with those teams, getting to the second round with them is probably a good job in all honesty.

I had great regens with hungary and austria , and i lost to teams like switzerland and poland so i should have done better with the players i had. At least im multilingual now

not sure about harder, but i hate having to double confirm every squad call up, why is there not a button like on every other part of the game, saying don't ask me again?

It's realistic though

You spend little time with your players and you need to have the right tactics, that are tried and tested before you take charge. There aren't enough matches to create a tactic for your team and make it successful whilst managing at international level. I had this problem with England when Rooney was injured and just could not fine tune the tactic due to lack of matches

I don`t find it that much harder than managing top clubs in Europe tbh, i got England to the 2010 World Cup final.....losing 2-1 to Spain
