Ok im in alot of trouble and need some help

so when i put my disk in and try to start it by clicking on the icon its coming up with a window saying

' xml error' not well formed ( invalid token) at line 1 of default.xml

it gives me an option to say yes but doing this just makes it keep coming up over and over again so i try closing it and it keeps coming up i cant play the game any more.. any one know how to fix this id be very grateful thank you in advance

it does work as i sorted mates pc out which had same problem

no um it didnt work. do i do it before you instal or after ?

ok so i almost got it fixed still trying to fix when it says cant run this becase of 10.2 346e or what ever error

Find your saved game (search your computer for the name you called it)

Take a note of the file location.

Copy the file to a new location

Uninstall Football Manager

Delete any folders for Football Manager

Reinstall Football Manager

Use your note to find where to put your saved game

Put the saved game back in there

Update FM 2010 to Patch 10.3

i dont care bout the saved game it wont let me run the game full stop. keep sayig i have an issue and it wont run problem 10.2 3454350334 xrl

Then just uninstall the game and delete any folder related to the game esp. the "Sports Interactive" folder in inside My Documents.

Then install the game.

And then patch to 10.3

You understand now kiddo?
