OLLMEISTER1
why is it everytime a mangaer resigns or gets the sack literally a day after or possibly 2 they have a replacement? you never seem to see drawn out appointments like in real life. Makes no matter to the game just noticed and thought it was a tad unrealistic great game tho
gunner86
I've had a few on longer term games (mostly on 09 iirc) where a caretaker manager has been in charge, sometimes for months.
OLLMEISTER1
yeah seen that a few times on 09 i think the longest ive seen on 2010 is like 3 days or something stupid lol very unrealistic.
phnompenhandy
I created a 10-tier 49-league structure and into September plenty managerial posts are still vacant in the lower regions.
Ty
Most clubs I have seen that lose managers takes a couple of in game weeks to appoint a new one or a caretaker manager will last atleast 3-4 weeks usaully before an official manager comes straight in. Some Guy!
Uhhh... In a lot of cases the manager is replaced that quickly. Let's just take Derby for example. It took Derby 3 days to replace Billy Davies. It then took them a year and 6 months later about 6-7 days to replace Paul Jewell, and that includes the fact that his resignation was unexpected by the board. Leicester
Tranmere have had a caretaker for 21 months on my game and he has only signed 3 players and sold/ released 17. They're still in League One though but finally look like they will get relegated as their 13 man squad isn't up to much..
