If there is some dead time in the game such as a goal-scorer taking his sweet time running back to his own half after a goal or a set piece that is taking ages to get going i up the speed to full. If it's a tough match I go through the entire match on full match view, if not I tend to change to highlights on one notch before the fastest speed.
