William Hall
With the 3D Engine in place in FM09. Would SI consider making a FIFA/PES Style game? I am sure the gameplay would be better than both of them
iamjerome
are you being serious
Gauvner
What so SI move out of the simulation business to do a utterly rubbish game? Please close this before the flood gates open.
backpackant
Better if Fifa/PES move closer to FM and leave FM alone.
SI Staff Ter Posted May 19, 2009 SI Staff Share Posted May 19, 2009 What so SI move out of the simulation business to do a utterly rubbish game? Please close this before the flood gates open. I think he means as a separate project rather than abandoning Football Manager completely.
Forkoid
I think what the OP is getting at is a whole new game *separate* from FM. Not FM where you play Fifa/Pes game during the matches. It's not an utterly terrible idea... But considering EA and Konomi have had years of development behind them I doubt SI would throw their hat in that ring. Gauvner
I think he means as a separate project rather than abandoning Football Manager completely. Aye Sorry misread. But still reckon it shouldnt be done.
BobMUFC08
No as much SI resouces should be focused on FM as possible. It'd be a waste of time and money anyway, PES can barely compete with FIFA as it is, and SI would probably have to start from scratch which gives them pretty much no hope of being anywhere near the gameplay and graphics standards of FIFA. AbsoluteGenius
They should just concentrate on improving the 3D. At the moment all the players look like robot clones.
