TimmyTopper
Fabian Delphs stats have barely improved in 2 1/2 season any ideas why this is
santy001
Training schedule, amount of games player (too many or too few), mentors, coaches quality, training facility quality. There's a few others to boot too.
RICHY-T
Training Facilites, Schedules, Coaches < Main reasons, obviously first team football aswell but as your Leeds its clear he gets it..... Otherwise i dont know! Just the obvious... Ask your board for better training facilites and check your coaches, develop a good training schedule or find one on this forum. Stevicus
Probably a question to ask in Good Player/team Guide Or in Tactics and Training
small Mac
I would suggets one of the biggest factors is you're playing in the championship. If you get promoted to the Prem i would expect a rise in his stats due to the higher level of quality he'll be playing in.
MattR1
His stats were a lot higher for me when I was in championship, so that can't be it...
englandmanager
i played delph the entire league 1 season and by the mid way stage in the championship he had improved dramatically to the fact that man utd and barcelona both tabled bids of 6 million + he also had 14 U21 caps by the end of the second season 12 years on and he was a leeds icon and a regular england player... wonderkid if done right and it's not the training facilities as leeds have a very good facility
BallinMundson
I agree with small Mac that getting to the prem and playing Delph regularly makes a big impact on his stats. My assman made a special point of noting how dramatically he had improved after a season in the top league, first time I've seen such a message in 09.
