He hasn't been 'ripping' up the Championship, he has been an average player who is about the same level as players at other clubs in his age group. This is implemented on FM, he won't become world class but can, with the right training, become a good player in the Premier League. Oh, and add Victor Moses to your list before jams1234 comes along.
