EnigMattic1 Posted January 17, 2020 Share Posted January 17, 2020 How hard would it be to rebuild the English (and possibly expand across Europe eventually) football pyramid, but scrap the transfer system and replace it with an MLS style setup? I'm talking trades, wage caps, dp/International slots (although that could be a problem for Man City). And what about a rule for 'x' amount of homegrown/u23's in a match day squad?
