FM 2020 Match Screen Bug? Green Overlay (using OPZ Elite)

Hey,

Don't know if anyone can help me. I'm currently using OPZ Elite for FM 2020 (great work btw, love  your skin). I use this skin since FM 2018.

Today, I noticed a very strange thing.

I play with commentary only cause I like old school, and if I split the view of the match day screen or use just my background image, the background picture stays with a green overlay.

Does anyone why this happens? This never happened on previous versions.

I tried with other 2 skins and same thing happened, but then I tried with FLUTSKIN and it didn't happen.

Here's a picture of the normal background (before any match), and a picture on math day.

Thank you in advance!

Quit the game, delete all previous versions of the skin(s) from the Documents/Football Managee 2020/skins and clear cache before you will download and use the latest version of the skin...

Thanks for the help mate,

Maybe it's a stupid question, but how do I clear the cache? Do I just have to delete the cache folder in AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020 ? Or is there another way?

Thank you

Thank you!

Do you think this new update solves this green bug? I can't test it at the moment.

Thanks

It is caused by choosing the background by BG selector.

3d match can't select a background other than the default pics

But I didn't select any background other than the default. I didn't use the BG selector. I just replaced the default background image on the skin backgrounds folder.

Did this green thing happened to you too?

Thanks

might be this. haven't looked at whether it works on fm 20 yet

I see, so I have to replace this:

<!-- background picture - covers entire screen -->
		<widget class="background" file="backgrounds/default" id="bgnd">
			<record id="object_property">
				<integer id="get_property" value="bgnd" />
				<integer id="set_property" value="file" />
			</record>
			<attachment class="test_multiple_globals_attachment" default_value="false">
				<list id="get_properties">
					<record get_property="MatS" test_mode="0" value="true" skip_if_null="true" />
				</list>
				<integer id="set_property" value="hidn" />
			</attachment>
		</widget>

By this?

    <!-- background picture - covers entire screen -->
    <widget class="background" file="backgrounds/default" id="bgnd">
        <record id="object_property">
            <integer id="get_property" value="bgnd" />
            <integer id="set_property" value="file" />
        </record>
    </widget>

Is that it?

Thanks

probably won't work in all honesty, given how the changes to client object browser that's in the pinned post, but it might be worth a try

Thanks I will test it later!

What if don't want it to run on any league primary color? If I want to remove that and just use the default background as the previous versions? Is it possible?

i dont know I'm confused with this problem as well.

I dont understand why Si has to edit this code.

I have downloaded the latest version. The default background works fine. If I want to play without 3d I just have to use another background, if I want to play on normal 3d I use the default background. It's a nice feature.

It would be cool if we've figured out how to remove the competition background color on the math screen.

Actually I tried it yesterday, and it worked almost 100%. During the match the background competition recolouring actually dissapears.

But it doesn't dissapear if we pause the match and go to the tactics, or instructions, for example.

Maybe we need to add something...or remove something.

Wish I could be a coder to figure it out.

I'm going to change the thread's name, maybe someone can figure it out.
