phd_angel
I was using touchline pep talks like crazy, but decided to use them less often (3 times or so per half), usually asking players to: concentrate, get creative, or give more. However, I'm not sure they really work. What's your experience? How to make these touchline pep talks work? How often do you use them effectively? When? Thanks. Guest
Calm down & no pressure seem to help, tbh any positive effect they have is likely minimal as what can a manager really do from the technical area?
HUNT3R
Yeah, they work, but don't expect big changes.
QWERTYOP
I use "tighten up" every time we score a goal, and I honestly can't remember the last time the opposition immediately went up the other end and scored. Something which happened with annoying regularity in previous versions of the game.
Darjan88
I am using Demand More with aggressive approach and looks like they really play better after that.
freekicksmafia
Tighten up seems to just make my team concede 3 goals in 10 minutes, I'm 90% sure if you don't have high motivating/man management you will get the opposite out of whatever you shout
Sunstrikuuu
I forgot the feature was in the game at all.
