[FM13 Mod]:Bigger tactical view for overview, team instructions and player instructions panels

This mod replaces the default tactical view for the team overview, team instruction and player instructions panels. Credit goes to michaeltmurrayuk and Saubatzen for their help and their guidance from this thread: http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/328933-Bigger-Tactical-View. Just wanted to share this mod with anybody who thinks that the default tactical views are too small and they want to make it bigger.

Installation: Just extract the 6 files inside the archive into the panels folder for the skin you are using (for example if you're using StekloX3 skin, extract it to: My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2013/skins/steklo_x3/panels/)

If you're using the default FM 2013 white skin, just extract the 6 files inside the archive here: My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2013/panels/ (create the panels folder if it doesn't exist)

The mod is optimized for 1920x1080 and 1920x1200 resolutions. It also works on 1680x1050.

Just use this tactic overview panel.xml for your skin: http://www.mediafire.com/?yi4ul699lrbrb7t. The one from the original archive was intented to work and fit with StekloX3' date=' but I replaced the original tactic overview panel with an updated one that works with other skins too. So download the link in the OP again if you were having troubles with the tactics overview panel the first time.

Open the tactics overview panel.xml from the archive with a text editor and find these lines:

<container class="bordered_box" appearance="boxes/bordered/inbox/sidebar/paper" minimum_width="400" default_width="500" priority="1">

<container minimum_height="700" default_height="750" priority="1" id="piCO">

You could reduce the bolded values I highlighted until it fits your resolution. It seems you're not using a standard wide resolution so that could be the problem.

Just put these 2 files inside the archive into the panels folder of your steklo skin (Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2013/skins/steklo_x3/panels): http://www.mediafire.com/?dz797zwc1g5f9au

The mod can be applied on the full game but also works on the classic mode. Tested with the Steklo skin.

Question: What resolution is this mod for?

Judging from the screenshots it's for quite big resolution. Can I use it for the resolution I play - 1280 x 800?

I tried editing the files myself based on the previous thread, but I still end up with my GK's name cut off at the bottom. In the files my current container width is 460 while the height is 550. Ultimately I want bigger player shirt icons on the tactical pitch.

Likewise - works fine for all the other screens apart from the Overview - have tried to lower the settings in the .xml but still no luck - otherwise a beautiful improvement to the game
