    Thanks gunner86. I agree that's a long time for planning, but I wasn't sure how the process works in this game for new stadiums.

    My board finally agreed to build a new stadium. So it says "Planning: Started (6/20/20/2028) Completion (7/4/2030)" . My question is, what happens on 7/4/2030? Is the stadium build and ready for use or the 'planning phase' is completed? And if it's the latter, how many phases are there?
