One player want to discuss personal matters about a transfer: Meanwhile at the same moment: We successfully negotiate a deal for the same player with the same club. The clubs already have an agreement. Now it is up to the player to agree as well and the transfer is done. His complaint is total nonsense. We already have a deal. So we didnt price him outt of a move to that specific club. I expect the transfer to be fully done in a few days. It is just a waiting game until he agrees as well.

Some staff member is retiring at the age of 69. When i try to give him a new contract he denies it because of "Ik stop met voetballen" (I am retiring playing football). It should be stated that he is retiring doing any staff role.

My board annouced a new stadium and starting the search for a site. I have almost played 4 seasons after the announcement and this is still shown under facilities. I havent got any update after the announcement. I expected one of the two following cases: I can understand it takes a long time before a new stadium can be build. Finding a place, getting funds, getting permission from the goverment, ... All of these will take a long time. So i expected to get frequent updates about these things. Even things like a message about things are delayed and take more time would be fine. But curerntly i havent seen a single messages in almost 4 (!) years. The construction of the stadium starts quickly and you get an update about it. None of these happens, so i think this is bugged. Can this be fixed?

Normally i play FM in my local language and not in English. As result i havent ticked the following box in the settings: This means that attributes in the profile overview are alfabatically sorted based on my native language and not based on the english language. This works great. There is also a page for training. All attributes are shows as well. Except everything on the training view is sorted based on the english language. This sorting is wrong for many languages. Expected fix: The order of the attributes in the profile overview and training overview will be the same and equal to the current case of the profile overview.

I am doing a San marino run at this moment. I have bought some foreign young players and i want them to become home grown, at least by country. So i only wanted to offer them out to other clubs in San Marino. To do this i have set the option under responsibilities to loan out players to only San Marino: (U19 and U23 are set to follow senior squad). So if i offer a player to be loaned out, i expect only bids from players in San Marino. This doesnt really seem to work. Clubs outside San Marino will send their offers as well. I even got more offers from clubs outside San Marino then inside San Marino. So how is this option supposed to worked? Is my expectation wrong? I do expect that the players are only offered to clubs in San Marino, so they are the only ones who react to my offer. Ofc it is possible that a club send an offer unrelated to my transfer room action. But these bids from other clubs to loan out the player always only come when i offer them out. At exactly the same time as clubs in San Marino. As result of this i have to cancel the loan offers from outside the country, which in return make the young players slight concerned. Ever after months they are still concerned. So they dont want to extent their contract, so i have to sell them. So this bug has the result of me having to sell the players, which make them useless to me. So this is a really annoying bug.

I offered out some players by using the transferroom option. I set up the asking price including some additional options which i locked. Like i do want a % from the next transfer fee. So these are non negotiable. So the % of the next transfer fee should be a forced option in any offer i receive. In reality clubs just ignore this. So i got offers with only a transfer fee. They didnt include the forced % of the next transfer fee. It is even worse: They offer me a completely locked bid. I cant negotiate at all. It is take it or leave it. Why are clubs able to ignore my locked demands?! All are locked, so i cant change their offers. And none of them include at locked percentage of next sale. This happens all the time and it pretty annoying.

Since the new change in this FM of the transfer room, you are not able to offer out players to sell and to loan out at the same time. If i want to get rid of a player i sometimes dont care if i am able to just sell theh player so he is gone or to loan him out, so i dont have to pay his loan anymore. Since the release of FM24 i am not able to do both. I have to pick one of the two. I cant do both at the same time anymore.
