  1. Really enjoying this journey. Small club management is so much fun. On the few occasions I've managed a big club, I started trying to move somewhere smaller within a season or two. The little details like bringing in a club legend to work for the club and trying to nurture youth players really speak to the idea of creating a club identity, which at this level is even more important than trophies.
  2. Appreciate your work. There's a few countries I'm anxious to get the lower leagues on, but this one is top of my list.
  3. Definitely says something you could have a January that bad and still be top of the table. Good luck!
  4. Dream Ending: Your team becomes so popular in Hungary that their star player ends up becoming president of Hungary and installing a democratic, football-centric utopia.
  5. Absolutely. It's why amateur management is so fun in the game. You piecemeal together a team out of a variety of spare parts. Staff included.
  6. She better have data. She's been in a Tardis for years.
  7. @lionel messi Hey man, do you have a patreon or something that people can donate to? I feel like you should get something for all this work you're doing.
  8. Glad to hear this. Hoping to use this one for my BIG SAVE this year. Thank you for your hard work.
  9. This is excellent. I love the focus on realism, particularly on the financial side. I've always found balancing the books one of the most intriguing parts of the game, especially at the lower levels. More than that, I really like the narrative style you've got going on this. It's inspiring me to take a shot myself (just discovered these forums). Above all, I think Football Manager is an RP game, and it's nice to see the way you've leaned into that. I laughed when you managed to sneak the ever present "raised eyebrows" of the footballing world into Castel's biography. Best of luck!
  10. Just discovering these forums and my mind is blown. This is an excellent save. Love the thought behind it. Keep on using those job offers to blackmail your way into world class training facilities!
  11. This is excellent. You're really onto something with this save. The attention to detail is incredible. Best of luck.
  12. I've got the full game, but I'm waiting for someone to put some lower leagues downloads, particularly the USA, Mexico, Spain, England and Austria. I'll probably start a save with whichever comes first. My favorite save ever was a USA/Mexico save which took me from the fourth tier of the USA pyramid to winning the CONCACAF Champions League twice with Morelia in Mexico. I have a desire to try that again, but I'd also love to work my way up with a B or C team in Spain and try and get to the top by getting hired by that club's first team. And taking the Salzburg club that Red Bull replaced and enacting revenge upon the energy drink giants would be lovely. And there's always the classic up-the-leagues in England save. I'll probably go with whatever is available first.
  13. This is absolutely brilliant and I wish you luck. I love the idea of building around a whole philosophy like this. Probably no better club to do it with than Ajax. Tried something similar with Real Sociedad. Managed the C team to the top of their respective table. Unfortunately the B team got relegated into my division, which meant the C team got relegated (can't be in the same division), which meant that I got fired. Ah well.
