Steps to reproduce: 1. Load the Eibar v02.fm save file in FM24. (I have uploaded it to ownCloud.) 2. Notice that the Under 19s and Vitoria training tabs are available, as I am in charge of training for the first team (Eibar), the reserve team (Vitoria), and the U19s. 3. Click Continue. 4. The U19s and Vitoria tabs are no longer displayed. 5. Go to Staff > Responsibilities > Training. At this point, I cannot retake control of the Vitoria and U19s training anymore because the option is no longer there. Note the following: This is a save game that I started in FM23 and carried over into FM24. At the time when you load the save, the game date is 17 May 2031, 20:00. My reserve team (Vitoria) is scheduled to play a game against Barcelona B at 20:00 and will almost certainly lose. As a result, my reserve team will almost certainly be relegated to the fourth tier. Both the third tier and the fourth tier are playable in my save (I have even managed in the fourth tier). I am almost certain that there are other events that trigger this issue as well. While I understand that fixing this in the game may take some time, I would really, really appreciate a possible workaround so that I can keep playing the game that I enjoy. Thank you!

Hello! In my FM23 save with Eibar, I have a reserve team called Vitoria in the third tier of Spanish football and we share the same training facilities. This means that first team coaches can work with the reserve team and reserve team coaches can also work with the first team. After uploading the save file into FM24, however, this is no longer the case. This is in contrast with the FM23 and FM24 manuals, which are identical in this regard: “First Team Assistant Managers and Coaches, however, may only work with the senior squad itself, and the same is true for all Reserve, Under-21, Under-19 or Under-18 staff: they may only work with their assigned age groups – with one exception. If two or more squads share facilities – for example a First Team and a Reserve Team train at the same site – then the assignments are available for anyone from any squad to move around freely.” Here is an example from FM23: In this screen shot, Kylian Carre, Djiby Mbaye, and Josue Molina are all reserve team coaches and I have selected them to help out the first team as well. After switching to FM24, however, Kylian Carre, Djiby Mbaye, and Josue Molina are no longer available to work with the first team: Moreover, in FM24, I can no longer assign myself as the first team manager to work with the reserve team either: (This is a screen shot of the reserve team training and Daniel Criado is the head coach of the reserve team.) In this case, the manual states that “as Manager, you can assign yourself to any of the teams at the club, while the same level of delegation can be applied to First Team Fitness Coaches and Goalkeeping Coaches.” Gregoire Delhaye (first team fitness coach), Jose Maria (first team fitness coach), and Zoltan Kelemen (first team GK coach), are also not available. This issue only applies to the reserve team. I can still assign myself, my fitness coaches, and my goalkeeping coach to work with the Under 19s, so no issue there.
