  7. Hi @estiga01 Thank you for getting in touch and bringing this to our attention. I can see this in the save as well. Do you by any chance have a save from before the game, and/or possibly a saved PKM of the match?
  8. Can you please let us know whether the device you're transferring from is iOS or Android, and let us know the same for the device you're transferring to?
  9. @Massive Champion If you go into [Settings] in your device and then - [Your_Name] - [iCloud] - [Apps Using iCloud - Show All] - [iCloud Drive] and turn that on, you should be able to use iCloud for FMM24. Please let us know if this has helped or not.
  10. Hi @Blancos Just to confirm, on the 'Load Game' screen, are you able to see the two tabs "This Device" and "Cloud" at the top?
  11. Before this happened, was your device turned off at all (either manually or due to loss of battery)? Also, could you please select [Load Game] and send us a screen shot of what can be seen? Thank you!

  16. Hi! We have looked into this and there was an issue with how it was checking the completion of that achievement and that we 'think' we have a fix implemented. It needs testing and if it passes, then it will be placed into a future update. We are really sorry for the inconvenience, but thank you for the patience and support you have shown to us.   18. Hi! Thank you for getting in contact with us. Just want to get a few more details before we begin to look into this. Are you able to see the Team Talk buttons on the bottom of the pre match and Half Time screens, or are the buttons missing? It would be great if you could send screen shots of those screens, and also let us know which device you are using to play the game. Thank you!
  19. Hello! Thank you so much for getting in contact with us. We have looked at the save and noticed that the first three games were won, but indeed there was a dip in form, shown on the right of the attached screen shot. However, as the Board Confidence expectations were to stay clear of relegation and the club is fourth in the league table, it is seen as a good start to the season. Please let me know if that helps with this!

  22. Thank you for reporting this. If you play through to March, does this issue still happen? Also, it appears that the two saves are the same, and that both are from after the draw which was held on 15th Jan in the game. Do you have a save from before the draw?

  24. This is a known issue that is under investigation. Apologies, it seems that file hasn't come through to us. If you could provide another save file, that would help us a lot! Here's a link for how to do that just in case it's needed.
